Big Brother 2014 Spoilers: Amanda and McCrae Call It Quits! (PHOTOS)
|All good things must come to an end, or at least that is how I am going to start these new Big Brother 2014 spoilers. Amanda Zuckerman and McCrae Olson have announced their split and it should come as a shock to no one! Did anyone really think that McCranda from Big Brother 15 would actually stay together after the season ended? Get the details below and remember their relationship below in my Big Brother 2014 spoilers!
To be honest, this relationship lasted a lot longer than I thought it would, so props to them for that. I knew something was going on, as the couple normally is blowing up Twitter and Instagram with photos together. However, all of Amanda’s photos were alone or with other people…no McCrae sightings! Well, she went and confirmed it over the weekend on Twitter:
“After a lot of thought and discussion, McCrae and I have decided that it’s in both of our best interest to continue our relationship as friends.
There is no ill will, he is a very important part of my life, and I will always love him, and what we shared. Thank you for respecting our decision.”
I also give the Big Brother 15 couple props for handling it in a nice way and not throwing drama into it. They are both on the market now, so anyone out there looking???? Check out some photos of the couple since Big Brother 15 came to an end and a familiar picture of them from the show!

Thanks Todd, for sure the odd couple and I think Amanda used that to get in the spot light for her 15 minutes of fame. We all knew this would not last and they did as well.
I agree with you. I think the spotlight called and she answered. Of course i think the same thing about McCrae. Can’t say for sure, but i bet there was a clause in their contracts that required them to promote BB for at least a certain amount of time. Seems like i remember someone (i think it was Rachel) stating that this was so. Either way, the expiration date is up and i’m not surprised. My only surprise is that it didn’t start to go bad long before. Somehow i doubt we will see (or hear) LESS of them though now that they are no longer a duo. Not my 2 favorite hg – not by a LONG shot! But at least we no longer have to worry that pics will pop up with any story about them that contains locked lips, intimate clutches and lovelorn phrases. My computer is safe once again.
Loved it Cat. We are once again free from seeing the locked lips. HAHAHA
I’m with you: I’m surprised it lasted this long!
Hi Lilly, how are things in bamma today.
It’s gloomy and storms are heading in. But thank GOODNESS our “Snowmageddon” that began one week ago today is a memory (if not that distant yet).
I am also glad it is gone. Also glad you are safe Lilly
I hope she didn’t rub off on him too bad. We don’t need someone else like her in this world.
garyr nice to see you back on the BB site we missed ya
ditto…good to see you garyr
me too!!
Thanks girls,I’ve kept up w/ all your posts. A busy time of year up here in Maine. The worst winter in years (cold wise). But on the bright side I’ve enjoyed feeding deer in my backyard.
NO GARY I did that and they kept coming in. Then they started eating my flowers and that was it, the neighbors hunted them at least they ate them. Now all we deal with is wild hogs. If you go out at night you better have a gun with you as you may need it. It is a SC State Problem. They are feral hogs. Check them out on google. Nasty critters, I love my birds though. Take care and keep checking in we love your posts
Carol, we read about your hog problems way up here. The government should step up to the plate and figure out a way to deal w/ this problem. Their numbers just keep on growing. With a continuing warming trend, their adaptability, & their growth rate in numbers, they’re heading this way too.
LOL…I do that too!! The deer love me. I put out hay and apples for them. I take pictures EVERY time they appear. I could publish a pictorial of the life of a deer :).
Cat I would love to see the photos sometime. I do allot of wedding photos along with proms, babies, and graduations. I love photography. Have a good weekend all.
Thank God that’s over! Lol
Hi all 🙂
Howdy pardner! 🙂
Hi Ladies
Nice too see you all 😀
is this a private comment section. Everyone seems to know each other, Just wanted to add my two cents. Thank god ..now maybe we won’t be subjected to Amanda in the future. I do believe she was my least favorie house guest of all time. Hope everyone has a good day. Thanks
No, not private. We all have just commented here a lot before. All new opinions are welcome. Welcome Barbara. Hope you will post more. 🙂
I am with you Cat, Welcome Barbara, the more we have on here the better. Todd keeps us all up to date all the time and does a great job. Hope we see you back on. We have all talked on this post and have met here. We need all get together and have a BB fan party lol.
Yes, Barbara, all are welcome. (We’re just the hangers-on who bonded over the horrific BB15 and couldn’t let go, so Todd kindly humors us with his occasional posts.) We embrace honesty with decency around here!
Welcome Barbara! You have come to the right place. Here, you will find some of the nicest, sweetest, kindest, smartest, funniest (and you as see) most welcoming people on earth. Thanks for your visit! Visit us often; You will like it here.
Welcome Barbara! All comments are welcome, but if you stick around long enough you’ll see it is like a family here, especially during the BB season. Everyone comments and gets to know each other and complain about the HGs together. Hope to see more from you!
Welcome Barbara 😀
Aaryn posted a short message on Twitter this morning announcing the news of her dad’s passing, along with a photo of the two of them together. ”This is the last picture I have with my Dad. The greatest man I’ve ever known. Never take your family for granted,” Aaryn said in the caption for the photo above.
As much as I thought Aaryn was one nasty person, I feel bad for her. My deepest sympathies to her and her family.
Thanks Mary that is sad. She was not the worst one on BB, Amanda had her beat by a mile, along with Gina Marie. My the family find piece. No never take one day for granted you never know when you will lose a loved one or close friend.
Agreed. As I’ve said, I truly believe Aaryn was just young and ignorant. I hope she grew from her BB experience, and I hope she had some great times with her father before he passed. Family is everything on this Earth – IMO.
I totally agree Lilly
Well said Lilly! my deepest condolences to the family.
I don’t want my dislike of her actions to stand in the way of my compassion. Everyone is entitled to at least that when tragedy strikes. I can certainly sympathize, having lost a parent around the same age as she is. And while we are very different people, we are both still human beings. Sympathy does not rely upon sharing the same corner of the universe, sharing the same ideas about life or sharing the same bloodline. Compassion and sympathy come to the forefront when we recognize the fragility of life. I wish her peace and strength in her time of sorrow. And may she have fond memories of her father to sustain her in the future.
Hear, hear!
🙂
Here, here! Thank you Cat.
Thank God, he can do better
Much, much better!!
Hello to all my cyber friends from that horrible last season and a big welcome to Barbara!
Lilly and Carol, glad to hear you survived the strange southern weather and hope you don’t have to go through that again. And for those of you up north who had a horrible winter, hope the sun will warm things up for you soon!
Sorry to hear about Aaryn’s father–I know she seemed to be very close to her parents so she must be going through an especially hard time right now.
As for the “in great need of some soap and water couple,” I am surprised it lasted as long as it did. I agree with those who said it was probably a contractual thing.
And I don’t want to even think about all those two “shared” in the BB house! 😉 Sorry if I just put some pictures in your head that you now cannot get rid of.
Tessa, I’ve missed your sense of humor! RTR!! 😉
Hi Tessa, Where have you been? We’ve missed you here. Welcome back.
Add me to the “missing Tessa” list. Hope all is well. Good to see your post.
Hi Tessa yes all of us BB fans have missed you and your comments, glad to see you back.
OMG,.Thank you all for your welcoming greetings….smiles…I am from Wisconsin so I commisserate with the suffering of our never ending winter. It has been awful here. I have enjoyed everyone’s comments about BB and the frustrating season 15. So again thanks for the welcone.

Barbara, The pleasure is all ours! It has been a very unforgiving winter thus far, let’s hope the worst is over. Be safe and keep warm. Have a wonderful evening.
He’s free!!!
But not clear, now, he needs to go get his shots.
LOL…I looked up the symptoms for rabies to see if his shots should include one for this. Fever – nope, confusion – uh uh, excessive salivation – occasionally, hallucinations – not without medicinal help, fear of water – ding, ding, ding!!! Houston, we have a problem. We’re going to need a BIG needle…and a bar of soap 🙂
LMAO,OMG,. Cat, You are the best!! Soo, soo funny, I love it, Thanks.
Joselyne, now that is great. Rabies shots are need from the mean bully pit bull. Good morning all, please stay warm and safe. Barbara Wisconsin wow the cheese state. My dad was going to move us there when I was little to a dairy farm, and decided to move to Florida. Much smarter choice considering the winters that I could not handle. Have a super day all.
Hi Carol, Pit Bull what an appropriate name for Amanda, a vicious person. Have a wonderful all my BB friends.
You have a great day as well lady. If you have to travel to work please be safe we all love your comments here Joycelyne.
Thanks Carol! The drive in to work this morning was fairly easy and uneventful(nice, clear, no snow) however; the drive home this afternoon was slow and very slippery (it’s snowing now)saw a couple of fender benders, but I made it home safe and sound. Thank goodness.
Hey all….just checking in while I have a few minutes.
Welcome Barbara!!!
You’ll love it here…everyone is great and we have the best chats here!
Happy to say that snow has finally wound down here in Mass. Got only about 12″ or so. Yep, still had to go to work even though they didn’t plow this morning…GRRR.
But hey, that’s what we do in New England LOL
I admit that I was surprised that McCranda lasted this long!!
Hope everyone is well and I will let you know when I finish watching BBCanada season 1.
Making sure I check in more often so I don’t miss ya’ll too much. 🙂
everyone have a great night, stay safe and warm.
I do love the morning funnies!! Keep em’ coming.
Hi JO1! I’m just curious, how are you enjoying BB Canada season 1? I thought it was great. I live in Toronto, Canada and we just had another big snow storm here as well. This is the worst winter I can remember in years.
Good Morning BB, on line buddies. Hi J01 nice to see you pop in we love everyone on here. I have a morning funny for you all. I hope each of you have a great day, stay safe in your travels.
A little boy was in a relative’s wedding. As he was coming down the aisle, he would take two steps, stop, and turn to the crowd. While facing the crowd, he would put his hands up like claws and roar. So it went, step, step, ROAR, step, step, ROAR, all the way down the aisle. As you can imagine, the crowd was near tears from laughing so hard by the time he reached the pulpit. When asked what he was doing, the child sniffed and said, “I was being the Ring Bear.”
Hi Carol! Thanks for the Morning funny…so cute 🙂 Have a great day, one more sleep and it’s Friday yahoo!!!
Good morning Mary. Yes I need another weekend but they do not seem to be long enough. Glad you liked to morning funny. I will try to keep them coming. Have a great day. 🙂
Mary, I am really liking it so far! I took a little break but made it to episode 6 so far and hope to have a marathon this weekend…get my BB fix 😉
Carol thanks for all the funnies 🙂
Oh yeah, thank god it’s almost Friday.
Going to hit the casino tomorrow after work on a fundraising bus trip. Wish me luck 🙂
Check in with you all this weekend and let you know how far I’m making it thru BBCanada and Gary Glitter LOL
GM J01 you have fun at the casino I miss going to the one in NC when I lived there. YES it is finally Friday, I do not get on the computer over the weekends as I am on this darn thing 9 hours a day all week. Tonight is date night for hubby and I and tonight we plan to go to a local auction that is a blast we see the same people there each time we go. And always find great deals. We already started shopping for Christmas next year. I know that sounds crazy but just my family alone with 17 kinds if I did not start a year earlier, I would not be able to afford nothing. Everyone have a super day, I just love all my BB on line Buddies.
Hi JO1, Look luck at the casino! Win lots and lots of money, Have a wonderful weekend.
Has anyone heard an update on Brittney’s baby?
Teresa, I have not heard anything. Good Afternoon
Good morning Carol.
Britney’s last post to her blog (togetherfortilly .com / blog) was December 20. Things were looking up then.
Thanks Lilly
Thanks Lilly!
Good Morning BB Buddies, Happy Friday to you all!!!! Have a wonderful day!
Good morning Jos, I hope you have a super weekend. Yes TFIF, and date night tonight with hubby.
Lol, very funny! Thanks Carol, have fun tonight with your hubby and have a great weekend.
Good morning all. Here are some morning funnies. Just a few one liners this morning. Have a super weekend all.
Why do men find it difficult to make eye contact? Breasts don’t have eyes.
A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.
How do you get a sweet 80-year-old lady to say the F word?
Get another sweet little 80-year-old lady to yell *BINGO*!
As long as there are tests, there will be prayer in schools.
What did one ocean say to the other ocean? Nothing, they just waved.
A day without sunshine is like, night.
Born free, taxed to death.
For Sale: Parachute. Only used once, never opened.
A bank is a place that will lend you money, if you can prove that you don’t need it.
So good I had to share this one.
In church last Sunday, I heard a sweet elderly lady in the pew next to me saying a prayer. It was so innocent and sincere that I just had to share it with you 🙂
” Dear Lord:
The last four to five years have been very tough. You have taken my favorite actor – Paul Newman; my favorite actress – Elizabeth Taylor; my favorite singer – Whitney Houston, and now my favorite author -Tom Clancy. I just wanted you to know that my favorite politicians are -Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.
Amen”
Now I do not care if you are Republican or Democrat that is hilarious.
Love it, Carol. Thanks for the morning chuckle!
BTW, I need a new mixer, if you find one at your auction….
Good morning Lilly. I bought a sunbeam there a couple of months ago. I love it the guy there tonight always has great stuff.
Survivor starts February 26th it is Brains vs Beauty. HAHAHAHA now this should be good folks
Hi Carol. It’s actually brains vs brawn vs beauty. I just red a post that the BB Canada2 house is far from being finished – oh no! They better get a move on!
Oh okay thanks, I quess I missed part of it. lol can not wait
Ohhh, me too!!! Have a great weakend! 🙂
You do the same Miss Mary, 15 minutes and I am gone for the weekend. YES YES YES
Well, it’s Friday; the weekend is almost here, and I must say I thoroughly enjoy this past week with old BB alumni checking in, and welcoming new friends to the site. Please let me take this time to wish you all a great weekend . Cat, Lilly, Carol, Mary, JO1, Keisha, Tessa, garyr Denise, Matt, Barbara and of course, our esteemed leader Todd. Enjoy the weekend.
You too Joycelyne! Everyone stay warm and safe. I’ll be watching the Olympics this weekend. As soon as falling on your as$ in the snow becomes an Olympic sport, i’ll be assured of a gold medal 🙂
LOL, Oh Cat I just love you!! You never failed to give me a good laugh. Thanks buddy.
Oops sorry my spelling errs, not the first, Unfortunately won’t the last. Enjoy the games.
Joycelyn, you took the words right out of my mouth. I love Cat’s sense of humor!
And how about those opening ceremonies? I usually tune them out after the parade of athletes because they just get a little artsy-fartsy for my taste, but I have to say last night was beautiful and technologically amazing. Kudos.
Now I’m going back to watching freaks fly and jump across the ice on blades….
Lol, Hi Lilly!! Had an early start on the day. I went to the gym, did some shopping, and now I’m at home, and I’m about to settle down with a cup of tea and watch those freaks fly and jump across the ice on the narrowest of blades and wonder, how the hell do they do that?
Just saw this on FB, so it’s my turn to share a chuckle:
An elderly couple had just learned how to send text messages on their cellphones. The wife was a romantic type, and the husband was more of a no-nonsense man.
One afternoon the wife went out to meet a friend for coffee. She decided to send her husband a romantic text message, so she wrote: “If you are sleeping, send me your dreams. If you are laughing, send me your smile. If you are eating, send me a bite. If you are drinking, send me a sip. If you are crying, send me your tears. I love you.”
The no-nonsense husband sent her this text back: “I’m using the bathroom. Please advise.”
LMAO, That’s a good one Lilly!! I love it, You ladies always make my day, Thank you.
How bad is it that, when I see a funny joke, I have to share it with friends here? I guess I just want to make sure you always have something to chuckle about!
“Dear Lord,” the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. “Without you, we are but dust….” He would have continued except at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year-old girl voice, “Mom, what is butt dust?”
LOL… And what a chuckle!! Good one, I love going to be with a smile on my face. Thanks Lilly.
Well good morning all on line buddies. This winter has been one crazy winter. Yesterday we where at 65 and grilling out. Today will be around 40 and this evening they are calling for us to get 6 to 8 inches of snow with ice following. Good lord, I hope Atlanta is ready. At least I can work from home and will not have to travel. Have a great day everyone. Gary yes the hogs are headed north and keep multiplying. It is crazy they have babies every 3 months and have 6 to 10 in each litter.
Hello everyone. Hope all is well Heat wave in Wisconsin today…up to 20 degrees. Wow. I am curious if anyone here watches The Young and Restless?
Hi Barbara. Yesterday we had 65 degrees and cooked on the grill. Today not going to hit 40 and expecting 8 inches of snow here in SC tomorrow followed by an inch of ice wend. I do not watch soaps sorry. I hope you are having a good day.
Hi Barbara. I USED to watch soaps but finally cured my addiction :). General Hospital used to be my favorite. Today in Ottawa was 18 degrees Fahrenheit. Feels like 0 with the wind chill. -2(F) tonight with a wind chill of -17(F). Time for some hot cocoa and popcorn. Carol, stay safe and warm. Maybe i’m an exception but i LOVE snow. Except when it decides that my arse needs to meet it up close and personal. At least i give those around me (and myself) a good chuckle. Needless to say, friends and family have been laughing all winter. Oh well, perfect opportunity to make a snow angel :).
Not a bad idea. Will make the best of this storm as I do with most. Thanks Cat
LOL.. Cat, I think you should invest in some nice Cleats/Crampons for your Boots/Shoes. I bought some years back and so far so good.
Cat, I bought some years ago, and so far they’ve done wonders for my butt lol.
Hi Barbara, I used to watch it religiously but gave it up a few years ago, sorry about that. So good to hear you are finally getting some nice warm weather in Wisconsin, Well it’s about time don’t you think? Go out and make the most of it.
Hello everyone. Hope all is well Heat wave in Wisconsin today…up to 20 degrees. Wow. I am curious if anyone here watches The Young and Restless?
I don’t know why I have trouble posting…it always says to check my content.
Good morning all on line BB buddies. Snowing like crazy here this morning in SC. All schools are closed along with the state offices. I hope you each have a super day.
Morning funny for you all and have a great day.
“How do you get a sweet 80-year-old lady to say the F word?
Get another sweet little 80-year-old lady to yell *BINGO*!
Good Morning Carol! Wow, what a nasty day you are having – please be safe. It’s -16 with the wind here but it is sunny – we get snow on Thursday and Friday.
I loved your Morning funny – hilarious! Have a good day 🙂
Good morning Mary. I am really enjoying the snow. It is hard to believe just two days ago it was 65 and we where grilling out. But hey like hubby says if you want to know what the weather is doing just look outside and do not rely on the weather man. He seems to be right.
Why did Frosty the snowman want a divorce?
Because he thought his wife was a flake.
ohhh, that’s a groaner hahaha!
I just read this on a BB post – has anyone heard anything? I haven’t “Will Big Brother 16 be an All-Stars season? We’re hearing that question a lot”.
forgot to mention…I HOPE NOT!!!
I read that too but i don’t put much stock in it. Rumors abound every year about a possible All Star season. Casting calls are being put out. BUT – they do keep applications on hand from previous try outs. Maybe they haven’t made up their minds yet. I’m sure they will be testing the waters to see if it’s a good idea or not. Not sure i’d like it since there are very few i’d like to see again. But as with every other BB addict, i would be front row center when it’s time.
I hope you’re right Cat and I’m with you girl, I’ll be watching no matter what!
Same here we are all addicted
It’s my only addiction.
Have not heard that Mary. I found this on the internet.
http://bigbrothernetwork.com/big-brother-16-all-stars-season/
Good afternoon, all! Been subbing quite a bit lately but just spent some time catching up on all of the posts–gotta say that you guys can always lift my spirits. (I have only lived in the “North” for 3 months one summer but somehow “you guys” has always been in my southern vocabulary!
Hope the “newbies” can feel our welcome and that they will stay with us.
Loved all of the jokes–in my opinion, we need all the laughs we can get these days.
Did any of you watch the Beatles special last Sunday? I loved it–we old fogies did have the best music. They did my 2 favorite songs “In My Life” and “here Comes the Sun”–the latter came out at a time I has just gone through a very painful experience and it really spoke to me. Of course, for me, it is hard to pick out a favorite. Just wish all 4 of them were still with us. In my substitute teaching, I have been pleased to discover that quite a few teens these days are fans of the Fab Four along with Queen, ELO, Eric Clapton, etc. etc. Anyhow, CBS is going to rebroadcast the special–tomorrow night if I am remembering correctly.
Looking forward to the new season of Survivor and interested in what changes they will make to fit in a 3rd “tribe” — should be an interesting season. And, of course, being a huge Amazing Race fan, I am looking forward to seeing my cowboys again!! There are a couple of other teams that I really love, also, but then there are the Afghanimals and a couple of others that I would like to see gone very quickly. And I don’t look forward to Elisa’s whining! 🙁
We had icy roads and below freezing temps today but we are supposed to have temps in the 70s in a couple of days–as it is said, if you don’t like the weather in Texas, just wait a few minutes and it will change!
Over and out–hope everyone has a great rest of the day! And, as always, a big “THANK YOU” to Todd!
So great to hear from you Tessa! Do you live in Alaska or there abouts? That is on my bucket list – I’d love to go there one of these days. Hope to hear from you again soon and hope all is well with you. 🙂
Hi, Mary!
Nope, I live in Texas–apparently Alaska is a lot bigger, but I think there are some Texans who still won’t admit that, LOL! I am originally from Alabama but I think in another year or so, if I am still here, I will have lived more years in Texas than in my old home state. If you have never been to Texas, I recommend that you put it on your list–really friendly people and lots to see. I live near San Antonio which is one of those unique US cities which has a very special “feel” to it like no other.
Oh, I see where you might have thought I lived in the “North”–nope, I did spend a wonderful summer in Wisconsin many years ago and that’s where I must have picked up “you guys” instead of “y’all!”
I read the book Texas which was awesome and yes, it is huge. I don’t get much travelling in anymore but it is definitely one place I would love to see.
That novel, Texas, was by James A. Michener – the book is huge and takes quite a while to read, but it you haven’t read it, it’s so worth it – I absolutely loved it.
Hi Tessa, I missed the Beatles special last Sunday, but I ‘ll be sure to catch the rebroadcast tomorrow night. You have a fantastic taste in music. You’ve listed some of my favorite groups. I personally think Queens “Bohemian Rhapsody” is one of the greatest songs ever. Love “Amazing Race” can’t wait for the new season. Stay and warm and have a wonderful evening.
Hi Tessa, here are some tidbits on one of your favorite bands ELO. Jeff Lynn and Richard Tandy, (two original members of the band) released two new albums last year. They are still going strong. YeY!!
I will have to check into that–I love ELO! They had some of the most beautiful music ever. And, I forgot to even mention the Eagles–yep, we had all the good stuff!
Oops! A very belated and sincere apology to Elisa whom I really like–of course, I meant to say “Rachel’s whining!”
Hi All!!! Checking in…
We need a new posting from Todd, these message chains are getting long LOL.
So didn’t win at the casino but didn’t come home broke so it was a good day. Unfortunately I didn’t get to watch anymore of my BBCanada season 1. But plan on doing so this week. Maybe when we get the big anticipated snow storm!
I agree with you all about the BB addiction and of course survivor.
I still need to have my daughter figure out how I can watch BB Canada season 2 when it comes on.
Cat keep me posted please, don’t want to miss an episode.
Texas…..hmmmm may have to read that book! Live in Massachusetts but am a die hard Cowboys fan 😉
Football mama hahaha
gotta go download a workshop….check in again soon.
You all (ya’ll) keep warm and safe. much love to my BB Family 🙂
Hi JO1! If you do read Texas, I’d be interested to know how you like it. I loved it – hard to put down.
JO1, So sorry you didn’t win any money at the casino! I was hoping we would get to see you on “How winning the lottery changed my life” Oh well… there is always a next time (lol). Enjoy BB Canada.
It was my lucky day when I came across this website. It was totally by accident – I was trying to find the site with all the BB houseguests names last season and lo and behold, I found this site and a whole bunch of wonderful new friends. I spend more time on here than Facebook or my emails. Just wanted to let you all know how much I enjoy chatting with you 🙂
Same here Mary, I am a huge BB fan and was looking for a BB fan site, when I came across this website. I found myself coming back to this site again and again to check out Todd’s spoiler alert and to read the posts. I just couldn’t get enough, couldn’t stay away. Because of you amazing and wonderful friends, this is by far the best website out there. Thanks you all so very much.
Good morning all. I with you all I could not stop coming in the site either. I just love everyone on here such pleasant folks. This morning we have 8 inches of snow, and 8 more to come here in SC along with an inch of ice to come. More than likely we will lose power, last time we lost power for a week. Have a great day everyone. How are you doing in bama Lilly.
Morning Funny,

One was a salted.
Why don’t aliens eat clowns.
Because they taste funny.

Hard work has a future payoff. Laziness pays off NOW!
Good Morning Carol! I saw the weather forecast for SC on the news this morning – sounds down right nasty – take care and be safe. I enjoyed your morning funny, as usual 🙂
Well we have officially lost power. The lap top wont last long, everyone just be safe and lets hope this storm leaves quick. We have a fire place so we will at least stay warm.
Hang in there, Carol!!! We got about 3-4 inches here in Alabama this evening, but (knock on wood) we rarely lose power in my neighborhood. And THIS snow will be a much more typical snow for the South. By tomorrow lunch time, the roads should be passable, and by afternoon, it will be only on the grass. Tomorrow, it will be in the 40s, and in the 50s on Friday.
I saw a post on FB the other day that said something like, “Hey it’d be really cool if we didn’t have all four seasons in ONE WEEK. Thanks!”
Amen to that! G’nite BB friends.
Oh, and daughter in NC got stranded at work around 1:30 today. Got a ride home from a co-worker with 4-wheel drive and it only took her 2 hours to get home (about 10 miles). She made it, though. Hoping they don’t lose power, though, because she doesn’t have any food she said! (Never made it to the store to get milk and bread, eh?!)
Hey there, Lilly!
I used to love our Alabama snows–so pretty and usually just kind of disappeared with none of that dirty, slushy stuff! We have had a little icing here but no snow so far. It could happen, though, cause we had about a foot and a half of snow a few years ago and it was in February!
I saw some of the pictures from North Carolina on the news–looks like they had the traffic problems this time. I will join you in hoping your daughter doesn’t lose power.
I agree 100% with everyone
