Big Brother 2014 Spoilers: Rachel and Brendon On Amazing Race – Premiere
|For any of you Amazing Race All Stars 2014 fans out there, you know the season kicked off last night with Big Brother alumni Rachel Reilly and Brendon Villegas fighting one more time to take home that $1 million prize. While we are only one week into the competition, the former Big Brother HouseGuests survived the first leg of the race and I have some pictures from the premiere below in my Big Brother 2014 spoilers!
For the premiere episode, the teams met host Phil Keoghan at the UCLA football stadium with the band in place. They found out they would be heading to China for the first leg of the race. This leg featured the contestants searching through a street of wedding dress shops for the right shop with a clue to give them. Then they rode in bubbles at Canton Tower and finished the leg doing backflips while strapped in ropes 300 feet in the air!
Brendon completed that last challenge on this leg of the race and he happened to get “the world’s biggest wedgie!” Sounds hot, huh? Check out some photos of Team Brenchel during the premiere of The Amazing Race 2014 last night!

Have to say, I’m not actually rooting AGAINST Brenchel this season. They seemed a bit human, played smart – even treated others kindly during the first leg. I reserve the right to change my opinion, though, if Rachel starts whining and crying….
Hi Lilly, I did not watch the show last night I have it recorded for tonight. I watched the Daytona 500 after a 6 hour rain delay. I am with you as far as not complaining. Larry they keep putting them on the shows because it brings up the ratings, they have allot of fans out there regardless what some of us thought about them.
Hi, Lilly! I felt the same way about Rachel–I think she was even the first one to go and hug the guy who had to drop out for medical reasons (so sorry that he had to do that–he was on one of my favorite teams.)
I was soooo happy with my cowboys!! Not only for finishing first but for getting that express pass. I also love the father/son team and the Globetrotters.
Love that the “twinnies” are gone and would love to see the Afghanimals go next.
Hello to everybody — have to leave now but will check back this evening to see who else is watching AR and who is looking forward to Survivor!! Have a great afternoon!
P.S. I need to go and write down a list of all the teams ’cause I am reallllly bad about remembering names. Old age?? Nah, it couldn’t be that 😉
You’re not the only one Tessa. I have a printer so I made a copy of all the teams from the AR site on the internet – I’ve already done that for Survivor as well (starting this Wed.)
Mary, I feel so much better knowing I am not the only one who can’t remember all the names! I am going to do what you did and go to the websites.
Hope your weather gets better–hate to tell you this but it was around 80 here today and even warmer yesterday. Too warm, too early as far as I am concerned–but, if things go the way they usually do, we will have some more cold weather before long! My electric bills are usually a lot lower in the winter than the summer because there are many days in winter when I don’t have the heat on but I rarely have the a-c off in the summer.
Hi Tessa! Wow 80? Enjoy it lady. The weather has been so wacky this year, even the birds and wildlife is all confused(from what I hear on the news).
I fell the same way Lilly. I was so pleasantly surprised. Maybe getting married calmed them (mostly her), down.
I agree…I don’t know how long I would have been able to listen to the twins bicker at each other. So far Rachel is good. The cowboys are my favs too!
I really feel bad for the guy that couldn’t make it…Malorey is cute and bubbly lol.
I actually watched it and taped the rest of Daytona.
Going to be a good season on all the shows…going to catch the survivor preview on TV guide channel 🙂
Check in again later on…before or after the Voice
Jo, those cowboys were just about the nicest gentlemen ever on the show–it seems they are planning not to be so nice this time but I don’t think they are capable of not being nice! And I so hope Rachel stays as calm as she was on the first show–it seemed she had a smile on her face every time she was on screen–maybe she read the comments about how much most of the fans liked her sister and she took the comments to heart–let’s hope so!
And I am so glad the father and son got to come back after having to withdraw before. I agree about Malory–hope that team does great.
the team that cracks me up the most would be lifetime and big easy from the globetrotters LOL
I love those guys! I don’t think they ever have a bad day. For some strange reason, whenever they are on, I have this overwhelming urge to start whistling “Sweet Georgia Brown!”
Why oh why does CBS constantly keep these two annoying disgusting people in these competition shows? Rachel is nothing but a total spoiled brat and Brendan sure doesn’t show much in the brain department by being with her. This is just my humble opinion.
I agree with your humble opinion. As much as i dislike them they DO have their fans which is why CBS goes to them – they bring in ratings. In turn, repeated exposure to increase ratings only makes their egos bigger. It’s a vicious cycle.
I love it….. And I love both of them.. Thank You Todd.
Has anyone seen the pictures of the new BB Canada house? Wow, it is outstanding!!!
One more sleep and Survivor starts. I just noticed it’s going to be 2 hours so if you tape it, I just wanted to make sure you all knew that. Cold and snowing here today (so what’s new eh?) Hope it’s better where you are…have a great day! 🙂
Hi all. I didn’t like Rachel the first time on BB but she grew on me the 2nd time. I think I rooted for her because I could not stand Kahlia, Portia and Danielle. Oh yeah, and Shelley made me crazy. So rachel, in comparison, isn’t so bad. Especially after the BB with Amanda and company.
Well said Barbara, well said! 🙂
I agree fully
Totally agree with you Barbara. The first time she drove me crazy with crying and whining, the second time was she much better. Like her or not, one thing you must give her credit for, she was not a floater.
Agree, she was never a floater. But i do think CBS has dipped into that pool once too often.
I think so too! It’s all about getting the ratings.
Wow…Rachel in first place tonight.
Barbara, Good to hear they did well… I totally missed TAR Sunday night. I’m a bit upset because I didn’t set my PVR as I thought I was going to be home in time to watch the show.
Sighs. Brendan and Rachel in last place this week..but its a non elimination week. Some of the tasks are getting really hard.
I can’t believe that I am saying this but I am so sorry that Brendan and Rachel came in last–just hope they can get back into the race next week.
So happy the cowboys got back into 1st place! “We’re like butter–we’re on a roll!” Love it! And I love that the father-son team are doing so well. Along with the cowboys and the Globetrotters, they are my favs. All of them seem to be having such a great time!
