Despite a wild Double Eviction on Big Brother 2015 that left most of us frazzled and not knowing what even happened or why it happened, things moved on in the Big Brother 17 house! They moved on, so we had to move on with them and that meant a new HOH competition for Week 8 on Big Brother 17 and apparently it might be an ACTUAL new comp, as Steve said he never saw it before! I am intrigued to see that one, so watch with us during my Big Brother 2015 Live Recap and see who won Head of Household on Big Brother 2015 tonight!

Big Brother 2015 Spoilers - Episode 24 Recap

Last time on Big Brother 17, it was Double Eviction night, so we quickly moved through that first eviction and see how the target went from Vanessa back to Shelli and she was sent to the jury house in an 8-0 vote. Then we moved quickly through a week of Big Brother in one night, as we saw Steve win HOH and put up Meg and Jackie as nominees. Then John won POV and kept the nominees the same (per Steve telling him to do so) and Jackie was evicted in a 6-1 vote! The house was shocked and we see that aftermath tonight!

Due to golf running late, tonight’s show will begin at 8:30/7:30c! I’ll start my live recap then!

Here we go….we go after the Double Eviction and everyone is shocked Steve sent Jackie home. James said he didn’t have all the info and someone used that to put into Steve’s head. Now we see Steve talking to himself and he said he was playing a great game and alone and both sides liked him (they don’t) and now he is going to be a backdoor target. They do show the clip of Vanessa earlier in the season saying Jackie wanted to backdoor Steve.

Meg is a hot mess. The twins come in to talk to Steve and he breaks down crying. Vanessa comes in and he said he did not want to do that. He kicks them all out and the tears stop! He camtalks and said about 50% acting (maybe not as dumb as he looks and acts)?

Now we see Steve, James, Meg, Becky and John talk and John said the other side is hugging Steve and bringing him in. Steve now talks to Meg and Becky and he says Jackie is the only one he heard talking bad about him. They say no hard feelings for Steve doing it and know it was Vanessa behind it. In DR, Steve said he doesn’t know why they are blaming it on Van (um, because she lied to you about Jackie), but he is fine with it.

HOH COMPETITION – For this competition, we see a bunch of emojis with former HGs on them. They are played in rounds and have photos to look at and cards in front of them and answer questions. Get it right first and they eliminate the other HG.

  • ROUND 1 – James against Meg and Meg wins!
  • ROUND 2 – John against Austin and John wins!
  • ROUND 3 – Vanessa against Julia and Julia wins!
  • ROUND 4 – Becky against Liz and Liz wins!
  • ROUND 5 – Meg against John and John wins!
  • ROUND 6 – Julia against Liz and Julia answers wrong, so Liz wins!
  • FINAL ROUND – John against Liz and Liz gets it right, so she has won HOH!

Now we get to see Liz and Julia celebrate and Austin kiss Liz. CBS really wants us to like one of these showmances this season, huh? Becky is freaking out, as she knows Vanessa will be in Liz’s ear the whole time. She said Van convinces everyone else to do her work.

Twins and Van celebrate then Steve comes in and awkwardly celebrates with them. He leaves, Van starts in on the Becky target talk but John interrupts and they tell him to come in and it is super awkward!

Now Austin, Van and twins talk and they have John and Becky as noms and Becky as the target. Since Sixth Sense alliance dead on Big Brother 2015, they are now Austin’s Angels and I puked! Becky now goes to HOH room and talks to Austwins and she outs everything about Vanessa and the Austwins are pissed and said she gave them a lot to think about.

Apparently James started to chat with Steve for game purposes, but now he says he has grown on him and he enjoys his company (all you James lovers think less of him now)????

Van comes up to HOH room and time to figure out a name for yet another alliance, as it is Austwins, Van and Steve and they get ecstatic over The Scamper Squad and Steve needs some friends. Now we get to see the drama between Van and John before the Nomination Ceremony, as she said in DR that she wants to clear the air with him and work with him. They cut a ton of stuff from that and Van plays the victim again and he said she bullied him. She runs up to HOH and tries telling Austwins and I am just annoyed. John comes in and Van said everything is fine. He said it looks fishy that they were talking and then she comes right to the HOH room. She said it is fine and wants privacy. He leaves and they make fun of him. Van is an idiot.

NOMINATION CEREMONY – Time for Liz to name the nominees and they are Becky and John! She gives them props and said they are both comp beasts and wish them the best.
