Big Brother 2015 Spoilers - Week 8 Elimination Recap

Last night on Big Brother 17, we saw everything play out for the Power of Veto. Over the weekend, I was a little disappointed when John did not win POV and take himself off the block. As it turns out, he threw the Veto Comp to show his loyalty to Austwins. He was hoping that Becky would win and make sure they were both safe, but it was Liz pulling out the victory and that meant the nominees stayed the same and now we move on to tonight’s eviction.

With that being said, we have a vote tonight and I made my predictions earlier. We also had our weekly Big Brother poll and everything is leaning towards Becky being evicted. See how the house votes and get ready for a new HOH competition in my Live Recap that follows!

Here we go…back to the Veto Meeting and Liz said she doesn’t want any more blood on her hands, so that is why she didn’t blindside Vanessa. Does she have any blood on her hands now??? And Liz is upset about Becky’s speech, as she thinks it was take her down or she is coming for you. Um, she is on the block and that is how anyone would be!

Now we see James working on Meg and he thinks she has a crush on him, but she says she can’t stand him. Not in a bad way, but they are close friends and it was funny. And back to his pranks, as he saran wraps Steve’s stuff into his Have-Not chair!

Steve and John talk and they think going with the Austwins is a better option for them, as they are the smaller target in that group while they would be a bigger target with James and Meg. Then Julia and Liz talk with them and say they want to work with them and they are over Vanessa. I hate John being in a room with them! Now Becky talks with Austin and Liz and she is trying to stay in the game and said she is going after Van, but they don’t seem interested.

Julie checks in with the HGs and they watch James’ pranks on Julia and she said she is plotting revenge! Then we watch Meg fall again on the POV comp. Then Julie asks Steve what he misses and, of course, family. That leads to us meeting Steve’s family and that mommy he always talks to on the cams! He is definitely getting a lot of love from his hometown, which is nice to see! He seems like a big dork and a little creepy, but this is so nice to see and I am sure he’ll love it!

We get a look at the jury house now, as Shelli and Jackie watch the video from Double Eviction. They share notes and they know Vanessa is behind everything! She is shocked that Steve would target her, but they know Vanessa was in her ear. Jackie said she kind of hopes Van is still in the Big brother 2015 house and she can win a spot back and take her out! Get it, Jackie!!!

VOTING TIME – We hear speeches from Becky and John! John gives props to Becky and all she does and keeping him would be dumb, but he wants your vote! Now it is time for that vote:

  • Steve votes to evict Becky
  • Vanessa votes to evict Becky
  • Becky votes to evict Becky
  • Austin votes to evict Becky
  • Julia votes to evict Becky
  • James votes to evict Becky

In a 6-0 vote, Becky has been evicted from the Big Brother 2015 house! She said she is not surprised by 6-0 vote, as Jackie and John have been her closest allies. Becky said she is a very direct person and she was confident her plan to get out Vanessa was going to go home and that is why she did no deals. Becky said that Vanessa is logically the best player and she is smart. She said not to underestimate Steve! Away messages are all pretty nice and then Becky said if she gets back in the house, she might just go after Liz (good thinking, girl)!

Zingbot is coming next week and we get some old zings and, of course, we have to see Frankie! It was a good zing though, so I’ll take it!

HOH COMPETITION – They will be running in heats. There are three points for them to touch with their foot and two hands. They must be touching them and then watch the screen to see it say “ready, set, go” and then run the track and last one to buzz in will be eliminated each round. However, they will use other words then “Go” at times. If you false start, then you are out! They could wait 30 minutes in between races! This could be a long night!

  • HEAT 1 – Of course, Meg is last to buzz in and she is out.
  • HEAT 2 – Waiting to run it….

For next week, we are having the Jury Competition on the live eviction show! So, it will be Jackie, Shelli, Becky and this week’s evictee competing in it! The show comes to an end and we’ll have our live blog going for the details!
