Big Brother 2017 Spoilers: Week 6 Nominations Announced!
|With Josh in the HOH on Big Brother 19 this week, we are all expecting to see Jessica and Cody on the block. However, there were some things said on the live feeds that lead some of us to believe that they might not be Josh’s target. Keep reading my Big Brother 2017 spoilers for all the details!
When Josh first won the HOH there was a lot of talk between him and Paul about who he should put on the block. We also thought that because of their history, Jessica would be his main target anyways. Did Josh put Jessica up on the block? Does he plan to backdoor her? Or is Josh going after someone completely different? Get the details here!
Josh decided to put Mark and Elena up as “pawns” and Jessica is the third nominee because she lost the Temptation Competition. I put the word pawns in quotes because Jessica isn’t Josh’s target this week. Josh knows that Elena has been playing both sides of the house and has been disloyal to his side. He says he has more respect for Cody and Jessica who have never hid the way they thought about him, but Elena has been pretending to be his friend.
Elena isn’t happy that she is a pawn, mainly because of the lame reason Josh gave her. He told her that she was a “strong competitor” and that’s why he wanted her up there, but she called him out on that. She tells him that Paul is a much better competitor than she is, but Paul won’t go on the block as a pawn.
This is going to be an interesting week to say the least! Make sure you come back tomorrow morning and check out my live feeds recap for all the details from today’s feeds! You aren’t going to want to miss any of this information!

Josh decided to put Mark and Elena on the block? I am shocked, did he actually make this decision all on his own? It isn’t Paul’s decision? That’s hard to believe however I like it.
I’ve been watching some YouTube videos of live feeds and I have to say that it does make a significant difference in what you see, hear and understand about the HG.
I have to flip my script! I want Kevin, Matt and Jason to be in an alliance!
I still don’t like Cody but I can see that the guy has a lot of anxiety. I think Cody shakes his head at the cameras a lot because he doesn’t like the spotlight on him.
I found some interesting information about Cody as well. You probably already know this but I must share. Hope it’s not in violation of any guidelines here.
“Cody served in the Marine Corps from December 2008 to December 2012, reaching the rank of E-4 Corporal with a specialty as a Rifleman. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force as well. He’s received numerous honors, including campaign medals for his tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, 2 National Defense Service Medals, a Good Conduct Medal, a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and 2 Navy Unit Commendations.”
Impressive! That explains why he has anger issues and anxiety! He should not be on BB. That house can drive a sane person insane!
I’m wondering who Josh would renom if Elena wins POV. The only way he will get Elena out is if Jess wins veto and Mark and Elena are left on the block. He doesn’t have the numbers right now. He’s going to have to do some smooth talking to get the job done and i don’t think he’s up to the task. I think there’s the possibility that the target may switch to Mark if Paul gets it in his hairy head that he should go. It’s a long way to Thursday.
Christmas still has her temptation. If she was really on Josh’s side she would use it to replace Elena in the POV comp, help throw the comp to Jess and then vote Elena out. BUT….Paul wants her to use it if Cody is chosen to play. Hmmm….time to pick a side Christmas. This temptation of her’s is a ticking time bomb.
Hi Shirene, check out Tammie’s “Big Brother 19 Live Recap: Episode 17 – Power of Veto!” site, we all had a rather long discussion about Cody and how he may be suffering with PTSD. It was a very interesting discussion you should have a look at it. Have a nice weekend!
Totally agree – for sure “smooth talking” is not gonna make an appearance at the house of Josh.
Watching Elena (and Josh) repeat themselves over and over and over and over last night on BBAD while Elena was trying to deny her “pawn” position was torture. Pass the cyanide, please.
She’ll do what Paul wants this week, if it becomes necessary. She’s not afraid of Josh. Frankly, I’m not sure there are two sides of the house yet – other than Paul’s side and anyone who crosses him. I’m sure gonna start rooting for Josh to show his mettle and see if he’s more than just a screaming baby minion of Paul’s!
I just realized that Josh may not be aware of Christmas’s temptation. I know Paul is but is he the only one that knows?
Pretty annoying. I’m not mad that Josh wants to get rid of her.
Paul mentioned it to Josh
If it were me, i wouldn’t use it. I’d keep that bad boy in my pocket until absolutely necessary.
Me neither, except I think Jessica is a more dangerous player than Elena, especially since Cody is going nowhere at the moment.
Elena’s strategy is obvious. Just flash those giant puppies in front of each and every male and have them fall in line with her plan. She tried it on Josh! (flirting, not the flashing). I’m beginning to think it’s her LIFE strategy and not one made up for BB.
Josh wants to make a deal with Jessica (and Cody) but she won’t have a conversation with him privately. They had a talk last night, but Kevin was lingering so Josh couldn’t say what he needed to say. Jessica thinks that she is the target, but she isn’t.
I am wondering why Christmas told Paul about it – perhaps just to gain trust?
Probably. She should have kept her mouth shut.
I think you nailed that one!
Because she got it week 2 when he was her strongest ally
I hadn’t realized that she told him that far back – that makes sense, altho it would have been smarter IMO to hold back since it’s value is so long-term.
As far as I know, Paul is the only person Kevin told that he took the $25,000, too. And Paul’s been blaming that on Ramses all season. Same thing as Kevin’s hinky VTE. Dummies.
He told him the day she got it. He was the only one she told. I agree too, she should hold onto it.
That is correct. Paul is the only one who knows that Kevin took the $25,000.
