Premiere Date for Big Brother Celebrity Edition Announced!
|Ever since Julie Chen announced that there would be a Celebrity Edition of Big Brother back in September, we have all been waiting to find out more details. When we were first old we had very little information and although we don’t know much more, today Big Brother announced the premiere date! Keep reading to find out when Big Brother Celebrity Edition will air below!
As we know, the Big Brother Celebrity Edition is going to be a condensed version with multiple episodes per week and the same competitions we would expect to see. How condensed is it going to be? CBS announced via the Big Brother Facebook that Big Brother Celebrity Edition will premiere on February 7th and run 13 episodes through February 25th. Yes, just 13 episodes and they will all air within a 18 day span.
On their website, they have outlined the entire season for us and I have that information for you as well!

Based on this information and the fact that some of the episodes are two hours long, I can’t wait to see how many houseguests will be introduced into the Big Brother Celebrity Edition house. Oh how I have missed you! I agree. I think 2 and a half weeks is going to be too fast, but I’m hoping that because the season is sooooooo short that maybe they can get some decent celebs in.

I’ve DEFINITELY missed you and the gang! Hang on to your knickers, this barely there season will have to break all the rules to get the job done. I’m not liking this setup. It doesn’t have that “new car” smell. It’s a rush job in every sense of the word. I know, i know…i should give it a chance but i’m picturing Lilly searching for her big foam finger of fate as she looks at the schedule. Yep, there it is!….She’s put Christmas lights on it!

Yes I do now. My boys graduated Appachian State, NC. We now live 10 minutes from Clemson University. I pull for the tigers now. All are good schools.
Well, Clemson will be a huge challenged for Alabama on January 1, that’s for sure. I’m just hoping the players are hungry enough for payback from the national championship next year that they give it their all and show they deserved to be in the top four! Good to “see” you, Carol! I have been checking this site occasionally as my filters at work will not allow me access to Headlining Hollywood.
I only have one statement for production. “FORMER BB PLAYERS DO NOT QUALIFY AS CELEBRITIES’ If any CCB guests are experts at friendship or have played BB in the past in the US I will not watch.
I confess I may jump in because I’m desperate to reconnect with our BB group. But I agree – if they consider former BB hgs as “celebrities,” I’ll see it as the typical CBS middle finger to the fans’ intelligence. From the rumors, though, it’s looking like we may get some other reality “stars” anyway. We’ll see.
That’s fine ill take a housewife or a dancing with the stars contestant. What I do not want is Paul, Raven Alex or any other past year contestant given the green light to try “One More Time”
