We started tonight’s episode off with the Yara tribe celebrating Boston Rob being voted out at Tribal Council. Meanwhile, on the EOE, Tyson is bringing a log over to the rest of the camp. It has a clue on it about something being hidden on the edge. Says that the more stones you turn, the better the chance for success. It also says that you could just be in the right place at the right time which is the part of the clue that Tyson paid the most attention to. He was able to find an idol nullifier which he can sell to someone in the game. He sells it to Parvati and then uses the fire token to buy a jar of peanut butter instead of holding onto it for later.

It is time for the Immunity Challenge! When Yara comes out, the reaction to Boston Rob being voted out was the biggest reaction so far this year. In this challenge, each tribe will have to retrieve balls and put them into a maze. The first tribe to get their balls through the maze will win immunity and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. the other two tribes will head to two separate Tribal Councils and they will each send one castaway to EOE! Sandra sits out for Dakal (surprise, surprise) and Michelle sits out for Sele.

Sele takes an early lead with Dakal right behind them and Yara is able to catch up fairly quickly. Sele is able to find all three of their balls first, Yara gets all their balls right after and then Dakal finally gets all of theirs. Sele gets their first ball, Yara gets their first ball, Yara gets their second ball, Sele gets their second ball, and then Yara gets the third ball in and wins immunity and reward! That means that by the end of the game, each tribe will be down to our people apiece!

Parvati thinks that she is the biggest target on her tribe at the moment. Wendell, Yul, and Nick talk about putting Parvati’s name down. Parvati thinks that she might be able to talk Nick into keeping her, but Michelle doesn’t think that the plan is going to work. Michelle tries to talk to Wendell about how she doesn’t want to burn her bridge with Parvati, but he gets annoyed when she mentions putting his name down. Parvati then talks to Wendell and he tries to barter fire tokens for his vote so Parvati uses this information to try and sway Nick’s vote. Will it work?

Meanwhile on Dakal, Tony is hiding under some brush trying to listen in on conversations at the camp. Sandra talks about sticking it out with the original Dakal which worries Jeremy. Luckily for Jeremy, he has a safety without power advantage. Denise also has an idol so that will keep Denise in the game and if they are played right, Sandra, Tony or Kim could be in danger. Sandra, Kim, and Jeremy have caught on that Tony might have a spy shack, which is exactly where he is. Sandra is thinking that it might not be the best if Denise goes. Sandra tells Denise that she will give her an idol (which is only good for tonight) for her two fire tokens. That would allow Denise to vote out whoever she wants. Denise already has one, but if she takes Sandra’s idol for one token before and one after when she knows the idol is real, she can make a huge game move. What are the chances she will buy the idol and then vote out Sandra?

Sele Tribal Council:

There is a lot of talk about trust and preexisting friendships and relationships. Michelle mentions that they all won their seasons in completely different ways, therefore they are all going to play this game completely differently. It seems like whatever plan was in place before Tribal has now been thrown into the fire. It really could end up being anyone heading to EOE tonight from the Sele tribe. It is time for the vote! After Jeff tallies the votes, he asks if anyone has a hidden immunity idol they would like to play, now would be the time to do so. No one has an idol to play here are the votes:

  • Parvati
  • Wendell
  • Wendell
  • Parvati
  • Parvati

With three votes, Parvati is sent to EOE. On her way out, she leaves her fire tokens to Michelle.

Dakal Tribal Council:

There is a lot of talks about which players are threats and which ones are not. Sandra says that everyone on their tribe is a threat, but Denise isn’t much of a threat. However, Denise tells Jeff that every one of them is a threat in their own way, if they weren’t threats, they wouldn’t have won the game. Denise and Jeremy talk about how anxiety and nerves are starting to get to some of them. It is time to vote. After the vote, Jeff asks if anyone has an immunity idol now would be the time to use it. Denise uses the idol she bought from Sandra. Denise then plays another idol for Jeremy! Here are the votes:

  • Denise
  • Denise
  • Denise
  • Denise
  • Sandra

Oh my gosh! Denise did it! She backstabbed Sandra! Sandra left her fire token to Yul.
