Big Brother 2013 Spoilers: Week 3 – Power of Veto Ceremony
|I announced it earlier that today would be the Power of Veto Ceremony for Week 3 on Big Brother 2013 and they are not making us wait any longer today, as we have new Big Brother 2013 spoilers and what happened at the PoV Ceremony today. No big shockers though, so don’t get ready for a huge spoiler for Big Brother 15!
In case you missed any of my Big Brother 2013 spoilers, lets get you caught up:
- Helen won Head of Household for the week and her nominees were Aaryn and Kaitlin
- Elissa won the Big Brother MVP for Week 3 and her nominee was Spencer
- Kaitlin then turned around and won the Power of Veto competition.

The question on everyone’s mind this week: what would Kaitlin do after winning Veto for Week 3? She knows that the plan is to backdoor Jeremy, but he is her man and she doesn’t want to be in the house if he isn’t there and I feel it could be an epic shitshow (like GinaMarie) if he was evicted.
Apparently Kaitlin has grown up a little and realized this is a game and she is playing smart? At the Power of Veto Ceremony, Kaitlin used the Veto and took herself off the block, which any person would do. Since Helen originally nominated Kaitlin, it was now time for Helen to make her renom choice and she chose Jeremy!
What does this mean? I am pretty certain that Jeremy will be going home this week on Big Brother 2013, but we have seen crazier things happen. We have three days before the live eviction show, so you never know what these HouseGuests will come up with to change the plans!
So, the final three nominees for Week 3 are Aaryn, Jeremy and Spencer. Will anyone be upset if any of them go home this week, really?

well i would like to see all 4 of them go home / and eventually they will / hopefully one right after the other. I think the best bet is to vote Jeremy out first – he is strong in competitions – then get Kaitlin out as she is also strong competitor and then out with Aaryn and Gina Marie – i would LOVE to see Aaryn in a HOUSE of people who she has made no friends with and feel all Isolated all by herself – would she hide in a room and cry – would she try and talk to someone nicely – would she be her normal B*&ch self. But I do think they have to get rid of Jeremy first. The girls do not have game play or are not stronger than the other house guests to win the comps.
If they keep Aaryn in that house one more day that are only hurting themselves. She doesn’t deserve to be there with her mean spirited attitude and racist remarks!!
I agree with Donica to some degree. However, from a strategic point, she might be the best person to go to the end with. Because she is so hated, whoever she goes up against would have a better chance of winning.
But doesn’t the runner-up get money?
Send them both home!
I think Jeremy will be talking with Julie Thursday. Unless…Aaryn somehow manages to dig her hole a lot deeper than it already is. Personally, i’d like to be the one to hand her the shovel. I really don’t think they will be able to send all 4 of the misfits home in succession. Stranger things have happened but one might get HOH. I’m adding Kaitlin into the misfits group because it’s possible she might be talked into getting revenge if Jeremy is evicted. Right now she’s willing to go along but i’m expecting Jeremy to have a little talk with her soon and make her his substitute for creating chaos in the house. After all..she IS his girl. I suspect she will want to get revenge for someone coming between her and her man. YUCK!
Expect the unexpected! Hoping Jeremy or Aaryn leaves. Even though they do want him out. Either would be a win win situation.
They have to evict Jeremy . After that it is a simple matter of eliminating the three evil step sisters.

its time for Aaryn to go home and face the effects of her racist remarks. Perhaps she might learn something. The sad thing is perhaps her family taught her to be racist by example. Its also time for someone else to get mvp like Candice.
I agree Aaryn needs to go home. When thursday comes and she sits down w Julie i hope no one cheers for her she doesnt deserve it cuz of her actions and remarks. Also y does Elissa always win mvp? Let someone else have a chance.
I totally agreed with Elissa getting MVP at first because of how the HGs were treating her when she did absolutely nothing to any of them, but now I’m over it and like you jen, I’m ready to see someone else get it…..As I’ve said before,I’d love for Candice or Howard to get MVP, but I’m by no mean opposed to Amanda getting it. She won me over when she faced the mean girls and defended Jess. That really took alot of balls. I also admire her showmance with McCrae and hope that it is genuine and will last. They both seem very dedicated to each other at the moment. Call me a hopeless romanatic, but I hope it lasts. As for Helen as MVP, I’m on the fence…although I like her, she seems to be letting the HOH power go to her head a bit…..She needs to remember that HOH only lasts a week…..That being said, I’d like to see how her HOH reign plays out.
I thininsurancek it’s sad that she doesn’t even hear herself make hurtful and racist comments. Someone needs to sit down and have a long talk with her.. maybe her family. I feel bad that she is that ignorant. Do I feel she should be kicked out? No, I think she should stay and get her comeuppance..let her see herself on television maybe that will help!
Her family is probably where she learned it! I doubt a talk with them would do much good!

I think it should be a twist and both Jeremy and Aryan should go HOME!!! But I also feel she should stay never win HOH again and suffer every week till the end and be the third person to get out.. so she want win money.. no no be the last person to get out before jury . Than she would get absolutely NO money!
I’m not sure, but I believe that those who make it to jury will get some money. I believe it was eluded to at some point when the discussion came up. Maybe someone knows for sure about this….However, if this is the case, I would definately not want Aaryn to make it to the Jury house. Get her,GM and Jeremy out asap.
According to a certain website that has obtained a copy of the HGs contract with BB…they get a weekly stipend of $750.00. Once they reach the jury house then it goes up a bit (not sure how much). I’ve also heard that if they win the $500,000 that their weekly stipend is deducted from the grand prize. I’m not sure i agree with that but it’s in their contract.
$750 a week. If that’s true, that is ridiculous!! Considering they’re filmed 24/7 – that’s $4.46 an hour & not even close to minimum wage.
True, but i’m thinking they base it on an 8 hour work day…not 24/7. Plus HGs don’t pay for things like food or rent. And that’s just for those that don’t make it to jury. Those that do make jury get paid more but i’m not sure how much.
Yes Carole if you make it to jury you still get paid. I hear them on BB after dark talking about all the time. I do agree someone else should win mvp even though I absolutely love Rachel’s sister Elissa..

I hope Jeremy will be sent packing this week. That said, I do not think Spencer can be trusted one iota. That guy is a sneaky, deceptive one everyone should look out for.

CBS removes people for physical aggression, the racist comments being made should also warrant the results. Aggression is aggression and shouldn’t be allowed. The contestant being targeted shouldn’t have to tolerate that form of hurtful, degrading and ignorant behavior. I think viewers have seen and heard enough to form our opinions of the ignorance of the racists and bigots. Enough is enough.
