|Can you believe we are down to the Final 4 on Big Brother 2013? In a season that seems like it would never end, it still is surprising that we are down to the last four HGs on Big Brother 15. The season has been like a trainwreck and none of us can take our eyes off of it, and thankfully we have less than a week of viewing to make it through! Andy won Head of Household and then won Power of Veto, so the final nominees will be determined by him, so I am just doing a poll with the other three HGs. I honestly don’t care who wins since I don’t like any of them. This is the only season that I haven’t cared if I had to miss and episode.
I am also nauseated to think the rat-fink Andy will win, however, none of the others deserve it either. The choice will be between two racists and a winy little rat-fink.

I suspect McCrae will be having that talk with Julie tonight. Amanda will probably be pissed when he shows up in the jury house. And also pleased that she has her bed bunny back. McCraes emancipation lasted a week. Now it’s back to bondage time with Amanda. I’m hoping that once the game is over he will liberate himself from the clutches of the control freak. ONE long distance call is all i hope she gets. Or a post card from Europe that reads, “Dear Jane, having a wonderful time. Glad you’re not here.” Signed: Your underachieving ex-lapdog.
**heavy sigh** When will we get some satisfaction, Cat. I’ll settle for the teeniest little bit…. Working up the strength to hope, one last time, that Andy will be booted just one step short of any money…. Don’t know how much more disappointment I can take!
Think of it this way Lilly…If Andy is booted at F3 it will be immensely more satisfying than if he were previously booted. I can just see him now…Scene opens with a close up of tears streaming down Andys face. He’s confused because he’s never actually cried before. At least not sincerely. Julies face flickers on the screen before him. What did she say? he thinks to himself. I’m evicted??? But..but..but…i’m only one step away from winning it all! His face becomes redder. He looks down noticing the wet stain on the front of his pants. Oh God!! Why me! he moans. Scene slowly fades to black (a commercial) as we see Andys hand reach out as he exclaims..”so near…and yet so far…” 🙂
I’ll hold that delicious image until the next HoH….
BTW, am I right that the winner gets $500,000, second place gets $50,00? Does anyone else besides AFP win anything?!?
Yep, that’s right. Only those 3 win money. The first season of BB they had a 3rd place prize. First place winner won 500,000, second place 100,000 and third 50,000. I’m definitely glad they don’t do that anymore otherwize Andy would be assured prize money!
OMG Cat, thank goodness, I pulled the drink from my lips when I read your post. I almost spit it all over the screen from laughing.
I seriously doubt that Amanda will have anything to do with McCrea if he doesn’t win any money. But who knows at least come Thursday, we will finally see the Jury house and how everyone is reacting to the HG’s that have been evicted. Amanda is the only one to my knowledge that was told of the Exterminator alliance when she left the show. (Other than Judd of course). Elissa looked like a deer in headlights and wasn’t quite sure which direction she had to walk. I will be rooting on GM to win.

Well, I was here but then went and got mail, closed by eyes for just a few minutes and ended up napping on the sofa. So I would be a perfect candidate for BB–Old Fogey Edition!
Haven’t read all the posts yet but I have seen some great ideas for competitions! I might add “show me your surgical scar”, “who has first BM of the day,” “cutest grandchildren photos” (on second thought that would be too dangerous), races on walkers, find your dentures (modeled after the dog bone challenge)–oh, I could go on and on. Speaking of going on and on,
I just thought of another one–start telling stories and the one who can put the most HGs to sleep is the winner.

How about “Find the Depends”, “Who has the most hard candy in their pocket”, or How Slow Can You Go (POV comp driving cars).
OMG, Tessa my first tears of laughter this season! That was hysterical!
But you hit on a game strategy for any older folk who are housed with young people: tell stories that put them to sleep and you can then win the competition!
You guys have given me so much laughter over the past weeks that I am happy I could inspire some, too! If there is anything this old world needs, it is more good love and laughter.
Cat, I think slow driving would be a great comp! BTW, are you aware that Willie Nelson put out a senior citizen version of his hit “Blue Eyes Cryin’ in the Rain”? The new version is “Blue Hairs Drivin’ in My Lane.”

That Willie Nelson joke has been one of my favorites for ages–when I moved to this little Texas town, I found myself humming it often as I was driving along. BUT NOW I AM ONE OF THE BLUE HAIRS!! (Actually I am right now one of the grey roots but same idea.)
We all get old–that is what I want to tell all the kids I deal with in the local schools. I do have to say that today I had the nicest group of kids and they were high school freshmen of all things–very polite and fun to be around and when I complimented them and said how much I had enjoyed being with them, they seemed to really like the compliments. Gives me hope that there are some good kids out there, and I want to be sure and praise them every chance I get.
I wish picking lottery numbers was as easy as predicting the outcome of BB this season. weeks ago it was obveous that Andy was going to win it all and here is why. With all terrible things said in every negative way possible twards most of the house quests. Who better for production to set up to win than good old Andy. That way the network looks good with Andy winning. Even though all the negativity that has went on now (WOW) Andy wins to save the day. BB come on we are not blind. If you are going to try and trick us into believing that the show is not altered by production you will have to do a better job. This season has out right sucked and I can’t pretend that Andy winning is a good thing. Andy is a terrible player and his crying and the way he talks and the things he says makes me sick. Amanda was slotted to win but that didn’t work out to well for production because she went off the deep end and made them (production) look bad so they had to change gears do to “all” that has happened this season and now Andy gets to be the Win. WOW WHO CARES JUST BE DONE WITH IT. BB15 SUCKS.

Production didn’t set Andy up to win. Andy floated, threw comps so as not to get blood on his hands. Even when he did win HOH, he absolutely almost crapped his pants at the thought of making a move when Helen told him to put up McCranda. He couldn’t do it, because of course, he was playing all sides of the house. I said if from the very beginning, Andy was this biggest snake, rat and any other deplorable name you can come up with to describe his so called “Game Play”. Please GM EXTERMINATE this low life and get him out of the game. Oh by the way, people who claim it is fixed, usually are the ones that are sore because there favorite player has already been eliminated. Just speaking my opinion

I am really hoping that Andy does not win!!! Anyone else but him! I can’t watch him crying anymore and bad mouthing people.
Also, I think once jury gets to a certain number they should air half of after dark from there and half from the bb house. It is really boring now, and I’m sick of hearing the last three lie to each other about how each other has played a half million dollar game. Who are they kidding? I have pretty much stopped watching most of after dark, and my pet peeve of hearing people chewing is just more than I can take! And to top it off, Spencer’s labored breathing anytime he does anything. I dvr it and fast forward most of it.
No, Andy played the best game…simple. Why is he a rat? He played to win. He has as many HOH and POVs as anyone. Don’t know why everyone is taking Andy’s play so personally. He outsmarted and outlasted everyone.
BBRK, Andy has played the game in such a way he has made it to the end. True. But people do things all the time that are technically permitted but it doesn’t make it right.
The simple answer to your question is that, if the way Andy has conducted himself is the new way to win BB, then I’m no longer a fan. Let’s see, he has (a) violated EVERY trust he made in the house by tattling every word spoken to him, while claiming to “love” those people, (b) hidden behind the power players (what an oxymoron) and done what he was told by them for 10/12 of the season, and (c) said the most ugly, cruel things about others just to fit in and cater to the prejudices (racial and otherwise) of those around him at that moment. Andy has lied and gossiped at times when it was necessary for his game; he appears to just be that person.
Many of us who enjoy BB, watch it for the big plays. We want to see basically decent people stay true to themselves but within the parameters of the game.
Andy lies with alacrity, is sweet to people to their faces and stabs them in the back when they leave (the room or the house), and has made not ONE truly courageous game move yet.
He may win this season (still hoping that doesn’t happen), but I don’t LIKE him as a person and I most certainly don’t respect his game.

BBRK, I would love for you to explain one, just one, game changing play that Andy did. The only reason he is still in this house is that he was “USED” to be the rat, he ran from room to room listening in on conversations and then reporting them back to the powers to be. At first, he aligned himself with Helen as she was “playing the game”,at least she had stategy. then when he saw that she was loosing the power, he switched back to Amanda/McCrea and formed an alliance with Aaryn, Amanda and McCrea, the 3 am alliance. The only reason they kept him was that he was ratting out what the plans were. Amanda played the game, whether or not you like her, she was at least playing. Both Helen and Amanda were working together until there was no one else left to target but each other. I don’t call that game play, I call that “Floating”. if mccrea goes home tonight then all we have left are 3 floaters. GM may in the beginning had made racist comments, however, the words that have come out of Spencer and Andy’s mouths are absolutely deplorable. Not game playing.
Andy did play the game. BUT, yes the game is all about strategy, but he really did float and go kiss ass to anyone in power and you do NOT need to badmouth players to win. Badmouthing is not a strategy, he sunk lower and lower as the game went on. I think he so badly wanted to move forward, he started letting mean feelings to people in his way start pouring out. Its disgraceful and immature. Plus, he’s trying to take credit for more than he has done. The ONLY reason he told Mcrae about the exterminators is because he wants credit and he wants mcrae to go to jury house and talk about it so he can get votes.
Yea, Lizzie, but I think Andy’s hateful commentary about everyone else goes deeper. I honestly think he wants people to like him or accept him. I would feel sorry for him if he weren’t a grown man.
And yes, Andy is delusional about his game play! All of these hgs are in for a rude awakening when they go online after they get out of the house.
I am with you Lilly, I can not wait. I would love to be a fly on the wall as BB says, and get a look at them all. I wonder what Spencers girlfriend is thinking about his child porn. Sick POS and Andy, he makes me want to vomit.
