Big Brother 2013 Spoilers: Week 2 – Power of Veto Ceremony
|I announced it earlier, but the Power of Veto Ceremony took place today for the Big Brother 2013 cast and this was one to keep an eye out for because the big question of the day: what would Elissa do and who would she put up for renom? Here is a mini-catchup session, for those not keeping up with our Big Brother 2013 spoilers:
- Aaryn won Head of Household for the week and her nominees were Elissa and Helen.
- Elissa won the Big Brother MVP for Week 2.
- Jeremy was the third nominee for Week 2 thanks to the MVP nomination.
- Jeremy then turned around and won the Power of Veto competition.

Since Jeremy won the PoV competition, he clearly took himself off the block and saved himself from eviction. Talk of the week had Elissa leaning to put either Kaitlin or Nick up for eviction. Well, she went against my wishes and put Nick up as the renom!!! Now either Elissa, Helen or Nick will be going home this week on Big Brother 2013. How is that possible?
I can think of two other people I would rather see up there (Aaryn and Jeremy), so can we make sure that happens next week? How do you think the vote will go this week?

No problem. Want to keep everyone on the same page because keeping up with BB is a full-time job lol. And I agree, I think that Elissa did sign her own eviction letter. Andy withheld the info from her though about Aaryn maybe wanting Kaitlin out. If she would have known that I think Elissa would have went Kaitlin. I like all three of them, so this sucks for Thursday night!!!
Bummer that she did that. Helen and Nick are my favs and Elissa, even though she’s Rachel’s sister was growing on me. So, definitely one of the few people I actually like in the house will be going this week. 🙁
…..I must add that I am not that pleased with Elissa’s choice of replacement. She may have just signed her own eviction letter…What really stinks about this whole thing is…….we have to wait until Thursday to see how it all plays out..GRRRR. Guess patience is not my strong suite. LOL
Yeah I like them too. I like that Nick is really trying to make things happen. I think Elissa got a raw deal from the other hg’s because she is Rachel’s sister. Helen is been pretty quiet, it was a tough pill to swallow when they showed last night that she went to talk to the ‘beast’…but I guess she has to do what she thinks is best for her game even if it leaves a bad taste in the mouth…
Oh geezzzz…3 people on the block that i actually like. I honestly don’t think it matters if it was Nick or Kaitlin on the eviction couch beside her. Elissas days are numbered. Specifically -3 days. If it was Rachel in there, all hell would be breaking loose right now. But Elissa is a bit different. My only hope of not sobbing in my beer Thursday night is if Helen or Howard…maybe even Candace…get HOH. I’m actually warming up to J-U-double D a bit. He might be smarter than he looks (that wouldn’t be too hard i would think). He has been a little bit more observant lately. I guess there’s a possibility of another twist coming along…who’s the special visitor ??? If it’s not someone that rips Jeremy a new one then i will be bitterly disappointed. Maybe Elissa will leave him her hat so he can scoop up the mess he makes if it’s Evil Dick or Rachel 🙂

Where did they find majority of these house guest?? i was actually surprised at how Jeremy came off and continues to do so i am waiting patienly for his day he is a real butt wipe.. And who does he think he is.. And what about GinaMarie? She came out like a lion but now I noticed she pretty much is laying low….
I’m so glad Julie spoke about the racists on The Talk this afternoon. I just want to see Aaryns face when she gets evicted and finds out she has been fired. Maybe Julie should have some rice waiting for her or a rainbow flag!!
I really like your comment. Julie should have a big bowl of rice ready and throw it at her as she comes out. I feel so bad for Julie that Aaryn hurt her like that. Julie is so sweet !
Yes, you could tell Julie was very hurt and I felt bad for her also. Howard also looked upset, as well he should.
If Julie was really concerned or hurt she would not of let this go on for over a week. Her crew hid the truth from the American Public and only addressed the issue when the backlash got bad. Aaryn is still in the house Julie should walk her out the door like everyone wants.
I hope she would say that this is another twist in the game omg that would be nice to see her remove from the house and remind the players that racists comments will not be tolarated instead let be a lesson

Just thinking that the votes to evict Nick: 2 Andy & Candace. votes to evict Elissa 4 (Jeremy,Kaitlin,GinaMarie, Jessie) votes to evict Helen 4 (Spencer,McCrae,Amanda,Judd) and the wildcard Howard (Helen). But I know Howard could easily vote out Elissa….we’ll see what the Moving Company makes him do….. I’m just trying to find a hope and a prayer to keep hope alive for Elissa to stay lol

As long as Julie is employed by CBS who ultimately makes the decision, she will do what she’s told. I’m surprised they let her complain about it on the view but she was careful to blame a aryn and not CBS
Julies husband is the big honcho over there at CBS so maybe he listens to her????
julie may work for CBS..but her husband owns it…you would think he would be a little upset over the remarks…or are they that desparate for ratings..
It is appalling to hear all arryn’s “I’m so pretty and everyone else in the world is ugly” comments, and her rascist remarks. Someone should slap an ugly lable on her, maybe remind her of her missing upper lip, or her huge buck teeth. Maybe if she finds out what it feels like she will correct her behaviour.
