Big Brother 2014 Spoilers: Julie Chen Reveals Season 16 Spoilers?
|This could actually be nothing, but I had to share a little tidbit of information I came across about Big Brother host Julie Chen possibly giving some Big Brother 16 spoilers and not even meaning to do! It seems The Talk co-host was having a live chat on Twitter and she may have spilled the beans on the theme for Big Brother 2014! Check out the details and photo of her tweet (which she deleted) in my Big Brother 2014 spoilers below!
During the live chat, a Big Brother fan asked if she was excited about the new season of Big Brother. Her response? Well, check it out in the screenshot that BBSpoilers.com happened to catch and save:

So, what does this mean? I’m not even sure it means anything, but Julie has since deleted the tweet, so that has to mean something, right? Why delete that tweet, but keep the others from the live chat up there?
We know the premiere date for Big Brother 16 was announced and we know the casting calls are going on now for the new season, but they could hold casting calls just to mess with us! Could it be an All-Star edition and bring back heroes and villains from season’s past? Or do we have heroes and villains every season, so just her way of saying the new cast?
What do you think of the tweet from Julie Chen and what it means?

I think my hopes for an original, outside-the-box BB16 are dwindling. Although maybe not. Maybe they’re going to steal some good ideas from Survivor!
Big Brother has been my summertime ‘guilty pleasure” since the beginning. I really don’t care who they cast..it’s always fun. That being said, another hero’s and villians would be fun as would be “the past meets the present” doesn’t matter..it’s FUN!!!
I guess we’re on the same “Guilty” boat taking the BB summertime cruise. Although now i’ve extended my unrepenting guilt to include the BB Canada winter session. Heroes…villains…they’re always present in the BB house. Old or new doesn’t matter. It’s the GAME that matters. I suppose i feel the same way Charlten Heston would if he were a BB fan…”You have to pry the remote from my cold, dead hand” for me to give it up.
I’m with you 100% Cat!!!
I’ve been a BB fan since the beginning as well but last year, BB15, put my loyalty to the test. I guess time does heal all wounds and I’ll be back this summer for sure for BB16.
I suppose it tested a lot of fans loyalty. Having to look at bigotry, racism and homophobia is hard to deal with. But i look at it this way…It gave us a chance to wake up and realize that antiquated ways of thinking are not dead. No matter how much we declare that unequal treatment is over, this type of show tells us that there is work still to be done. What pleases me the most about last season is that those with backwards thinking had to answer for their discriminatory statements. Did any of them learn anything? Maybe one out of 16. But that’s one less person to stop us from moving forward.
I agree Cat, but it was very upsetting to me that any of those people won money for their actions. Another comment about BB C2 last night – it was terrific seeing Talla again – she is such a hoot! 🙂
Have you voted yet? And if you don’t mind my asking, for who? I voted for Andrew and Sabrina. But any combination of Andrew, Sabrina and Kenny is ok by me. We should have some spoiler results tomorrow. If we had this option on BB16 maybe we could have sent a message to the HGs that we disapproved of their gameplay.
I think I was one of the first to vote and as often as I was allowed. No secrets here, all of them were for Sabrina and Kenny. My fingers crossed.
I agree. any of the three work for me too!
Well, my weekend is about to begin woohoo!!! Have a very good one everybody – talk to you next week! 🙂
Hmmm…just read that Amanda and McCrae are in a twitter feud. He called her a trash bag and she accused him of cheating on her with his ex. Not surprised they’ve resorted to name calling. It was just a matter of time.
Plus you can read a very long letter that McCrae posted to his ex (Jessica) on twit longer(one word) dot com. Apparently he regrets his showmance with Amanda.
Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. According to Amanda herself, she was in a relationship with another man when she entered the Big Brother House. Therefore, she is in no position to be calling McCrae a cheat. Ridiculous Woman!!!!
Hypocrite. Just another bad tag on her back. Does she have any redeeming qualities?
None whatsoever…
The only thing i like about Amanda is, she lives in Florida…and i don’t 🙂
Hahahaha!… Good one Cat! love it!!!!
Lol Cat, that is the news I have heard in a loooooooong time. For Mccrae being such a longtime fan of BB it sure took a long time to catch on. They just all make me physicalky ill. They just wont go away.
How true ,,I just cannot wait for the new season to begin and I sure hope they put big brothers late at night back on showtime because the other network sucks
Amanda only went to mccrae after he won the first HOH and she wanted in tbe HOH room no matter what.
Probably. Anything out of her wouldn’t surprise me.
Tonight’s episode of The Amazing Race was awesome! One thing that really bothered me though was when Rachel didn’t fully read the clue and almost blew the challenge – this happens every single season without fail.
BB C2 was really good as well. I loved the food/slop challenge, it was hilarious! Way to go Canada, you put the right ones on the block. I’m not a big fan of Andrew at all but I’d love to see Sabrina go first. If one of them win’s the POV I guess the person to take their place will be based on the number of votes Canada made to put people on the block.
The word is that Jon won veto. I hope he doesn’t use it.
Great episodes of Amazing Race and Big Brother Canada tonight, Cat, Thanks for the info on the POV! I’m happy for Jon and really hope he doesn’t use it.
Oh I hope you are right Cat! Thanks for the info.
Good Morning Mary, I’m glad you noticed that as well, I said the same thing last night. It happens every season without fail, and I guarantee it will happen again next season.
I loved the food challenge!! We sure got it right last night didn’t we?! I would love for BB to let the GHs know who was #3 with the votes…….. Hello Kenny!!! Have a wonderful day!! I’m off to the office
I’m thinking it was Kenny as well. Have a wonderful day as well Joycelyne – absolutely gorgeous day here today, going to +7 and sunny, love it!!!
Actually it’s going to +7 later this morning and +11 this afternoon – AWESOME and about time!!!
GM ladies yes the Amazing race was a hoot. I laughed so hard at her. She got in too big of a hurry. Glad it was a non elimination one again.
what happened on BB15 happens every day in America and even more so on social media. Where ya’ll keep your heads buried ?
Yep, it happens every day in America…and other places. But are you saying because it happens every day that it should be ignored? Or that we should get used to it? To ignore it is to condone it. And it’s not bloody likely that i will condone racism, homophobia or bullying….no matter WHERE it exists.
Ditto that.
Here, here!!!
DITTO DITTO. cant believe someone is actually defending the behavior.
Gm BB Buddies, enjoy your morning funny.
Day: Church Donation
One Sunday, in counting the money in the weekly offering, the Pastor of a small church found a pink envelope containing $1,000. It happened again the next week!
The following Sunday, he watched as the offering was collected and saw an elderly woman put the distinctive pink envelope on the plate. This went on for weeks until the pastor, overcome by curiosity, approached her.
“Ma’am, I couldn’t help but notice that you put $1,000 a week in the collection plate,” he stated.
“Why yes,” she replied, “every week my son sends me money and I give some of it to the church.”
The pastor replied, “That’s wonderful. But $1000 is a lot, are you sure you can afford this? How much does he send you?”
The elderly woman answered, “$10,000 a week.”
The pastor was amazed. “Your son is very successful; what does he do for a living?”
“He is a veterinarian,” she answered.
“That’s an honorable profession, but I had no idea they made that much money,” the pastor said. “Where does he practice?”
The woman answered proudly, “In Nevada… He has two cat houses, one in Las Vegas and one in Reno.”
I heard Amanda was pregnant and don’t know who the father is. Hmmmm
APRIL fools. hahahahaha now that would not surprise me.
Would not surprise me either.
Good morning all happy hump day. Here is your morning funny.
Pharmacy Clerk
A front end clerk in a pharmacy has just been admonished by the owner for missing too many sales. “I’m sorry” the boss says “But one more missed sale and your fired”
The next customer that comes in has a terrible cough and asks the problem clerk for help. Unable to recall where the cough remedies are, the nervous clerk points to a box of Ex-Lax and says “Here, buy this then go over to our cooler and take all of it with plenty of water”.
The customer thanks him and obliges. Finishing his last glass of water, the customer exits the pharmacy. Once outside he stops, takes a few faltering steps, then hugs a telephone pole. The boss, having witnessed the entire scene, approaches the clerk and asks him what he recommended.
“Ex-Lax,” says the clerk hesitantly.
“Ex-Lax !” yells the boss. “That won’t help a cough!”
“Sure it does,” says the clerk. “Look,.. he’s afraid to cough.”
Good Morning Everyone! Thanks for the MF Carol – something I really look forward to every morning – it’s always good to start the day off with a good chuckle. LIVE-LOVE-LAUGH 🙂
Thanks Mary, I either try to start off with a funny or a motivational quote. Today we will hit 80 I want to play hookie from work lol
Go for it Carol, enjoy the day!
Mary, hahaha I just may take my lap top to the patio and have a drink this afternoon. I have a great recipe with summer coming I wanted to share with everyone here it comes.
I just got a call from a very dear friend of mine telling me her husband passed away this morning. I hope so much there isn’t anything to that saying things happen in threes as my brother-in-law lost his brother just last week.
OMG Mary that is terrible, we will pray for all down here in SC. Bless you lady.
Mary.. peace, love and hugs to all.
Mary, My condolences to you and your love ones! Keep the faith!!
PB and J Ice Cream Sandwiches
From Big Snacks, Little Meals
Here’s a new twist on a classic snack. Get a friend or two to help put them together so the PB part doesn’t melt until it’s in your mouths. Of course, if you’re working alone you can just stick the ice cream back in the freezer for a couple of minutes if it gets too soft.
1pint(s) regular or low-fat vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup(s) peanut butter (creamy or crunchy — you choose)
9-full-size graham crackers
1/4 cup(s) your favorite jam or jelly
Directions
Spoon the ice cream into the mixing bowl. Soften it by leaving the ice cream out on the counter for 10 minutes.
Mix the peanut butter into the ice cream with the rubber spatula.
Line the baking dish with waxed paper and spread the peanut butter- ice cream mixture on the waxed paper. Cover the mixture with another sheet of waxed paper, and then put the mixture in the freezer for 20 to 45 minutes, or until solid.
Turn the frozen mixture out onto the cutting board, and peel off the waxed paper. Use the chef’s knife to cut the mixture into nine squares the same size as the graham crackers you’re using.
With the table knife, spread the jam or jelly on a graham cracker, add a square of peanut butter-ice cream mixture, and top with another graham cracker. Put each finished sandwich in the freezer immediately, so it doesn’t melt before you’ve made them all. You can also wrap each PB&J Ice Cream Sandwich in plastic wrap and store them in a freezer bag in the freezer.
Hey everyone, has Survivor really been on 28 seasons, am I getting old or what I have watched it from season 1.
Carol, if I’m not mistaken, Survivor has had two “cycles” each year, so that would be 14 years of shows.
Ok Lilly now that makes sense, thank you.
hahaha – too funny! Also thank you my dear BB buddies for your best wishes – it helps more than you know 🙂
Big shows tonight. Surivor, American Idol and Revolution. Someone dies on Revolution tonight. This should be good.
One of my favorite TV nights INDEED!!! And BB C2 for us Canucks is on as well – so excited!
I can not understand that either, allot of folks go to church on Wednesday’s, well here anyway. Enjoy BBC2 lady
Please, please, PLEASE BB C2, have a double eviction tonight – let’s send both Sabrina and Andrew home. My fingers (and toes) are crossed.
I’m hoping for a DE also. But normally they announce it before it happens. There WILL be a “hidden” veto to create some excitement this week. I’m hoping Heather finds it….just to mess with their heads :).
And one more thing…..I have NEVER, EVER, EVER heard someone talk as much as Sabrina. Her jaws must be sore at the end of the day. She’s beginning to make my ears bleed.
Hahaha, She never stops… I swear the girl has diarrhea of the mouth.
Oh I’m with you 100% Cat – I’d love to see Heather find it as well. Have a great day Cat – it’s sunny but very cold here. I think Mother Nature is going through menopause and can’t decide if it’s spring or still winter (teehee):)
Yep, my backyard still has a foot of snow in it but the temp is going to be nice today (if you consider -1 nice). My birdies are starting to trickle back to the feeders.
Oops…that was supposed to be 4 degrees today. The current temp is -1.
Yep, gotta love the “Great White North” eh?
Wow. It will be 80 here today (was yesterday). Storms coming tomorrow, which is what always happens when the temp changes like this….
Wow Lilly, 80! I have no idea what that would feel like, I imagine very nice. Enjoy!!!
Up here in Maine, we just recorded the coldest March in history. Global warming forgot all about us!
I truly feel bad for you garyr. Be safe!!!
Hi Gary and crew. Yesterday and today we have 85 degrees. We have both the veggie garden and the herb garden planted. Can not wait to eat it up. Stay safe Gary and warm.
doorbell
A priest is walking down the street one day when he notices a very small boy trying to press a doorbell on a house across the street.
However, the boy is very small and the doorbell is too high for him to reach.
After watching the boy’s efforts for some time, the priest moves closer to the boy’s position.
He steps smartly across the street, walks up behind the little fellow and, placing his hand kindly on the child’s shoulder leans over and gives the doorbell a sold ring.
Crouching down to the child’s level, the priest smiles benevolently and asks, “And now what, my little man?”
To which the boy replies, “Now we run!”
Hahaha, good one Carol! Have a great day, the weekend is almost here 🙂
Amen to that Mary.
A little while ago Janelle tweeted..”For the last three summers i have been either pregnant or playing Big Brother. This summer will be no different!”. Rather cryptic huh? So she’s either pregnant or we will be seeing her in Heros vs Villians? What do you think?
Ugh. Let’s just hope it’s a bun in the oven…! I’m not a fan of Janelle’s but I say that just because if she’s on BB, that means they’ve lazily brought back all stars.
Ugh….
Heather won HOH!!!!…and Sabrina looks like someone pissed in her cheerios 🙂
OMG, I’m sooo happy for Heather… Way to go Heather!!! Thanks for the info Cat,
I saw that as well and I couldn’t be happier for her and the letter from her boyfriend was so touching – one of the best ever.
Gm everyone TGIF here is your morning funny, everyone have a great weekend.
Be Nice to Nurses
When you’re hospitalized, it pays to be nice to your nurse, even when you’re feeling miserable. A bossy businessman learned this the hard way after ordering his nurses around as if they were his employees. But the head nurse stood up to him. One morning she entered his room and announced, “I have to take your temperature.”
After complaining for several minutes, he finally settled down, crossed his arms and opened his mouth. “No, I’m sorry,” the nurse stated,” but for this reading, I can’t use an oral thermometer.” This started another round of complaining, but eventually he rolled over and bared his bottom. After feeling the nurse insert the thermometer, he heard her announce, “I have to get something. Now you stay just like that until I get back!” She left the door to his room open on her way out, and he cursed under his breath as he heard people walking past his door laughing. After almost an hour, the man’s doctor came into the room.
“What’s going on here?” asked the doctor. Angrily, the man answers, “What’s the matter, Doc? Haven’t you ever seen someone having their temperature taken?”
“Yes,” said the doctor. “But never with a carnation.”
Hotel Room
By the time John pulled into the little town, every hotel room was taken. “You’ve got to have a room somewhere.” he pleaded. “Or just a bed–I don’t care where.”
“Well, I do have a double room with one occupant,” admitted the manager, “and he might be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth, he snores so loudly that people in adjoining rooms have complained in the past. I’m not sure it’d be worth it to you.”
“No problem,” the tired traveler assured him. “I’ll take it.”
The next morning John came down to breakfast bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.
The manager was impressed. “No problem with the other guy snoring, then?”
“Nope. I shut him up in no time?”
“How’d you manage that?”
“He was already in bed, snoring away. when I came in the room,” John said. “I went over, gave him a kiss on the cheek, said, ‘Goodnight, beautiful,’ and he sat up all night watching me.”
