Big Brother 2014 Spoilers: Live Feeds Recap – 8/2/2014
|We had our normal Saturday of activities in the Big Brother 2014 house, but this time the producers made us wait a very long time (and even had Big Brother After Dark showing four of the HGs sitting in the HoH room). The Veto Competition for Week 6 on Big Brother 16 took a long time, but production decided started it later than normal would be fine! The day started with the drawing of the Veto players, which then left us wondering how the day would go and this week. The winner of the comp would help determine who the true target would be, including a backdoor plan of Frankie! It took a long time to start the actual Veto competition. By the time we normally have results, it wasn’t even started yet!

Finally the competition began and it took over five hours to finish! When the Live Feeds and BBAD allowed us, we determined that Christine was the winner. With that, any backdoor plan of Frankie was pretty much out the door. She does not plan on using it and we could see Zach survive the vote also and Jocasta could be going home.
It seems that Nicole is not trusting Christine any more and she thinks Christine and Frankie are coming after her. Christine wants Zach gone, so she is going to keep him on the block. It seems like Derrick and Frankie want Zach to stay because he can help with Team America missions. And they worry about not having the numbers if Donny, Hayden, Jocasta and Nicole join forces and could bring Christine with them.
The Quad Squad (Nicole, Hayden, Derrick and Cody) are now “The Rationale” and Derrick and Cody don’t truly believe in it. They all just make alliances with each other and I am over it. Things can change, so who knows if anyone can convince Christine to use the veto and get Frankie on the block. Plenty of time today and Monday morning to make some moves!

“The Rationale” has to be one of the worst alliance names i’ve ever heard. They should have just named it “The Alliance of Four” since members will change eventually just like with the BS.
I’m afraid we’re going to end up with a very typical eviction this week. If noms stay the same i suspect Jocasta will go home. Derrick and Cody have changed their minds about booting Zach. Derrick will do some dusting and the die will be cast. Although i have to say that Derricks dust is diminishing in effect a bit. Not completely but his paranoia is thinning it out a bit. I’m just not sure who to root for anymore. Some are playing a decent game but i just can’t get behind any of them 100%. Even Donny. I like him but unless he makes a big move soon i’ll put him in the category of one of the “most liked players” but definitely not one of the “most strategic”.
I agree and very sad to say I agree about Donny as well. The old saying, “nice guys finish last”.
Was there any game talk among Derrick, Cody, Hayden and Donny during the Veto competition? 5 hours, did they just sleep. Donny should have maybe tried to feel the guys out. He needs to do something. And I agree about Derrick becoming more paranoid, after reading other posts. Thursday night is going to be interesting!

Donny made the comment that if he gets hoh he is putting Derrick and Frankie on the block. I was hoping he was going to stay hoh to see if he would. I think he is the only one in the house that would make this kind of move. I like him but all the others are like puppets on a string.
Good Lord, these people are driving me crazy. Every 10 minutes there is a new alliance. Gutless wonders. I’m going to take a break for a few days to clear my head. Lol.
Barbara, I think you have just hit upon the perfect alliance name for these folks — “The Gutless Wonders”–yep, I like it!

I think you have it there, Tommy! It sounded to me like the best name submitted so far and I am afraid they are going to continue on the same path this week.
I know. I am so sick of these alliances that I could scream. It seems like that is all BB is about this season is how many alliances they can make.
I was trying to count how many alliances there have been so far. I can think of 11. ELEVEN!! And i’m sure i’m forgetting some.
Live feeds couldn’t be any more boring – nothing going on other than Donny exercising and others sleeping.
I don’t get the live feeds but it sounds like they could put up something a little more interesting–maybe they could put up some paint and let it dry. Sounds like that would be a big improvement.

You should suggest that to BB Producers….tell them they have to Nip it in the Bud.
I don’t get them either. But it seems like to me they would have to sleep sometime. I know that from the way they talk some don’t and some wake the others up in the middle of the night. I think I would be knocking somebody upside the head if the woke me up….lol
They are a bunch of night owls. And these people would definitely not want to deal with the repercussions of waking me up in the middle of the night. Freddy Kruger would seem like a walk in the park compared to my mood when woke from a sound sleep. 🙂
I’m sorry but i just could NOT take the excitement of watching paint dry after seeing these hgs. Take it down a notch or 2. Maybe watching a herd of snails traveling through peanut butter would suffice. 🙂

Ok did I understand Zach last night when him and Frankie were in bed to say that he couldn’t wait for their intercourse date????? Did I hear that?
I thought he said “his” not “their” first intercourse date.
Ok maybe he did say his then. Either way I think Frankie is all in for this…lol. Zach said he wasn’t gay but I know he is painting his nails. And doesn’t matter if he is gay or not but I like watching the 2 of them. I just wasn’t sure what he said Thanks for clearing that up for me.
