So, I am a huge fan of Derrick and Donny, but Frankie scares me now. He is trying to work too many people and he is throwing his “boyfriend” under the bus last night. I think he will do and say whatever people want to hear to make them happy. Derrick has been working a pretty good game, but could these missions hurt him? Or maybe they can help him even more? I mean, if HGs learn of Team America and that Derrick is on it than it could become a target for him.

We are not that bad right now and had a beautiful weekend due to the hurricane winds. We got winds but no rain so our weekend of the 4th was awesome, nice to sit in the back yard and shoot the crud, and not sweat to death.
I think if any of the 3 spill the beans then it will hurt their game. The other hgs might assume the 3 have an advantage in some way (?) and evict them out of fear. I’d keep it to myself.

That is for sure. Many dumb moves and play so far, but that would hit the top of the list.
I don’t know about TA adding a target to anyone. I mean it depends on what they have to do. Because if the HGs find out that they get to earn $$ for their efforts, everyone would have to admit they understood and would have done the same thing. The drawback would be that if they DO earn extra $$, people will use that as an excuse to get rid of them (like when they take $5,000 in a comp). Just my thoughts on that.
I wonder how Zach will explain his “cuddle buddy” actions to his family and friends when he leaves the house?
i’m thinking no explanation will be necessary. I doubt anything he does would surprise them. The only one surprised might be Zach himself.

It seems that every season the HG forget that they’re being watched 24/7. I don’t know how they can forget with the cameras constantly whirring around them. Or, maybe they just don’t care.
I think they become immune to it after a while. It’s like watching scary movies. After about 10 times the gore no longer bothers you.

I know what you mean. And that speech was a joke as well with his tears, really dude get off the show and do us all a favor.
Whenever tears are required he uses his daughter as a sympathy object. Which is one reason he’s developed a crush on Britt. She’s a single mom and he’s a single Dad. He thinks the parents of the house should stick together. Plus they would make pretty babies together. It’s too early in the day for me to make myself sick over that statement.

The BS is basically already gone down. Sunk in the water. A new 5 person alliance has been formed. Devin, Amber, Caleb, Frankie and Christine. Otherwise known as the Freaky Five in my book. Of course today Devin may want to include Britt because of his crush on her. Then i would have to rename them the Sucky Six.

You are on a roll, Cat, and I agree completely! Frankly, my estimation of Amber, Frankie and Christine is shrinking after that alliance. The way this house functions, these aren’t real alliances, though. I think Christine and Frankie are hanging on to their kayak with the house rapids at the moment. They are in whatever alliance(s) they need to be to survive another week.
The serious alliances I see are: Frankie & Christine, Caleb & Devin, Christine & Nicole. I mean, I know others have agreed to other pacts, but they are subject to the whims of the house that day! Maybe there are others I’m not seeing because I’m not on the live feeds, but otherwise it appears every agreement they make with each other depends on the freak-out of the moment!
BTW, if Paola gets evicted this week, she’s not gonna see it coming! Well … unless Devin flips out again and confesses it to her – just to be honest with her! Heck, that’s highly possible!
I’d agree with those serious alliances. But i would add that Caleb told Amber yesterday that Devin was a loose cannon. Which tells me that his alliance with Amber might be stronger.
As soon as Devin doesn’t use the Veto on Paola she will know shes in deep doo doo. He promised her if she threw the HOH comp that he would take her off the block (at this point in time he didn’t know he would win Veto so why the heck would she believe him?). When noms were first made he wanted Britt out…..what a difference a day makes.
I’m not positive Devin ever promised Paola he would take her off the block; he just told her she was safe. After nominations, he went scurrying around the house assuring Nicole and Hayden that they were safe because Paola was going to throw the BotB comp (as soon as he talked to her about it…), and then told Paola that she was safe as could be – as long as she threw the BotB comp – because Brittany was the target.
Gosh, I can’t even keep up with all the words/promises that have come out of that guy’s mouth just this week!!

I have to add that Devin didn’t mention the possibility of Zach being a replacement for Britt to Caleb yesterday. He told Christine and Frankie but not Caleb. Devin expressed concern over Amber and Calebs relationship. He could have been blowing smoke about that concern but i don’t think so. It’s a control issue with him. And i think at this point Amber has a little too much control of Caleb for his liking.
Well, write that in your diaries, gang! Devin actually got one thing right this week! I still want Devin out next. I canNOT take anymore of his incessant talking -and nonsense at that!

Why don’t the women stick together and work on getting Devin out. It don’t make any sense at all to me.
Devin’s time will come as long as the house does not stay a flock of sheep to the slaughter. Sooner or later the competitions will move away from the physical and go to the mental and we have already seen that we are not working with the academic all-stars this year. Devin has made enough enemies this week to seal his fate in the weeks ahead. Classic example of what not to do when HOH early in the game.
I would like to have seen a woman on team America but I will accept these 3.

A Honda mechanic was removing a cylinder head from the motor of a Honda when he spotted a well-known cardiologist in his shop. They never show the veto ceremony or comps on the feeds. I guess they save that for the show. We will see the fireworks then. If it’s an endurance comp then we might see it after the show ends. But the feeds are on right now and we’re seeing the fallout from the veto ceremony.

Mr. Architect-of-the-Bomb-Squad Devin just tossed a bomb in the middle of 15 HGs and EVERYONE is picking up the pieces. There’s more scrambling than a bunch of cockroaches when the light got turned on. I’m trying to picture the scenario where Devin stays next week unless they screw up a back-door or something. No way anyone else is the actual target first.
And there is always veto to be won. And their luck he would win it.

Frankie is quickly becoming NOT my favorite HG. Although he is playing his butt off, I don’t like the sides he’s choosing.
I agree. He actually is morphing into Andy 2.0 and that’s sad.
Frankie when he was working his magic was a smooth operator (unlike the Rat, who I assert did nothing but tattle; that WAS his strategy). But Frankie when he is rattled … not a pretty sight. And he is hellbent on getting Jach out. I kinda want Zach to stay because he stirred things up, but if he doesn’t go this week, Frankie (and maybe others) will waste next week getting back at Zach instead of ousting Devin – which is what I really want!!
I read somewhere that Frankie turned on Zach because of Cody. I know…it doesn’t make sense but Zach made the mistake of saying Cody was his #1 in front of Frankie. Maybe that’s just someone reading stuff into things that aren’t there. But…getting back to Frankies game….he switched horses in mid stream. He was working the house good, had a good strategy and a good alliance with Zach. But he tried to do too much too soon. Instead of working his magic and calming Zach he encouraged the crazyness. I’m really disappointed in him. I thought he knew the game better. I’ll be back to team Frankie if he can pull this one out of the fire.
