Big Brother 2015 Spoilers: Season 17 Premiere Date Announced!
|Can you wait four months for the Big Brother 2015 premiere? Well, you have no choice in the matter, but it is time to get excited as CBS made the big announcement yesterday and let us know when Big Brother 17 will be making it’s big debut this summer! With these cold temperatures this winter, I am just ready for summer to get her and Big Brother 2015 is the added bonus! Check out the Big Brother 17 premiere date info below!

CBS announced yesterday that we have another early start to Big Brother 17, as the premiere will be two nights again and will kick off on Wednesday, June 24 at 8/7c. Night 2 of the Big Brother 2015 premiere will take place on Thursday, June 25 at 8/7c. We have the Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday format again. Thursdays live eviction shows will be at 9/8c and Sundays will be at 8/7c.
While things kick off on June 24, the first live eviction show won’t be until Thursday, July 2. Will we do another season of half the HGs moving in and then the other half moving in on Night 2?

I am definitely going to the conference thingy and will see what is up with the casting calls. I am hoping that the line is not too long to apply. I will bring back a report on what is going on there. I am looking forward to the whole thing and the BBCC are just the icing on top of the cake. Never thought this opportunity would present itself to me. My hubby even says to go and try out. I need lessons on the lying etc if I do get in…lol

I think if I need lessons on lying, I will go to my daughter….I could never tell when she was lying when she was a teenager….(she was my hardest child…lol). Taking my IPhone with me and will take lots of pics and will report back to you all. I do not expect to get picked…I am out on disability so I cannot do alot of the competitions but, I will still try out…all in good fun. I cannot wait to see if there are older people there to try out. I have had it with all these 20-30 year old children that they keep putting on this show….Don’t get me wrong…I will still watch and watch and watch….but, I would love to see an older crowd there…

Yep things are good. I don’t mind the snow but when i have to have skates on to get to my car then it’s time to stay inside. Hubby likes to see how many times i do the “arm wave” before i make it though.

Hey Mary…my whole family came down with the flu this year…we ended up in bed for close to 10 days each. And I had a flu shot a month before getting sick…this winter has been rough all over. I cannot wait till it is over. I am getting excited now about trying out this weekend….as I told Cat, I will report back on all….should be interesting.. 🙂

I work for a pretty big corp. We are actually owned by a Japanese company and have locations and different divisions world wide. We are the Automotive group in America. I work in accounting and it definitely has its pros and cons! I should just stick to doing massage 🙂
Don’t laugh, but we did that to one of the guys I worked with…it was actually a very well disguised chocolate that we got in England…It was really exlax, but looked like a beautiful box of chocolates…He grabbed two and we never saw him the rest of the day…So it did work.

I actually like the new iteration of the series with the “young” characters in the last two movies. Very much, actually. My ONLY problem, though, is that they are making the Spock character more emotional. I really do NOT like that he is in a relationship – and one that always seems to make him look sappy.

I am so ready for winter to be gone and the BB17 premiere! I do not like cold weather whatsoever! I injured my back a few months ago, so I’ve been out of commision for a while. Today was the first day that I could actually get out of bed, and walk around or sit up, without much pain, thank goodness! I looking forward to hearing from all my BB buddies, when the new BB17 season begins. I hope you all had a wonder winter and your holidays were full of love, laughter, family and friends 😉
So nice to hear from you Shirene but I am so sorry you’ve hurt your back and I pray you will be 100% real soon. I don’t normally mind winter but I have to say, this year and last have been downright nasty and I am sooo looking forward to Spring. BB Canada starts March 23rd, hope you’ll be watching it.
Thanks Mary. I hope it’s 100% soon as well. It sure had me down for a long time. Still a bit stiff, but it is responding to treatment, so I’m assuming that’s a good indication that it’s on the mend. I’ve never watch BB Canada. Is it as entertaining? Is it online or TV? I’m willing to give it a looksy if I can find it.

I have to say that I also like it better than the US version. I also have to admit that I liked season 1 better than season 2 but i did like the after show a lot!
Shirene, you can probably watch season 1 and 2 on you tube if you want to catch them. I know that is how I watched season 1 (after it was over) then our wonderful Cat sent me a way to watch season 2 as it was happening.

I know I was able to watch all the episodes from season 1 on youtube. They are not in sequential order so you will have to check the episode # so as not to watch out of order. It is worth the watch!

Friday the 13th has never bothered me. Especially since i was born on the 13th. And i love Fridays. So what’s not to love!?! Unless of course you count a chainsaw wielding dead guy in a hockey mask that only shows up on this day??
Friday the 13th doesn’t bother me at all either. Every Friday the 13th bikers from all across Canada and the U.S. go to Port Dover, Ontario to celebrate the day.

The actual date Friday the 13th doesn’t bother me in the least but no way can I watch those movies either.

Happy Freaky Friday everyone! The BBCanada hgs have been revealed. Ages range from 21 to 41. Most being in the 20 something category (of course). Looking at the pic of the 41 year old leaves me NO doubt that she will be “cougaring” her way through the game. NO ONE….and i mean NO ONE wears a dress like that unless they mean business! Her assets are front and center. She is definitely a beauty but i’m hoping there are some brains to go along with that….dress. But judging by the jobs they hold, there are some interesting characters. As a pre-show bet – the Superfan (Johnny?) with a dog named Veto, will either be the first one evicted or make it to final 4. Superfans tend to forget the basics when actually playing the game. Although there have been exceptions (Ian Terry).

I watched and i LOVED it!!! Nice, nice twist. The first HOH is……ALL of them!! Each one noms 2 people…..highest vote getters are noms. And then…per request….DRAMA! Have you ever liked and disliked someone at the same time? Risha (big, blonde, busty and OMG dress) has that affect on me. I WANT to like her but….
Risha, instead of going off on your own and sulking and crying, try to make friends, show all those young ones that just because you’re older than them, you aren’t just big boobs, you are a fun person as well. She’s doomed.
Yep, she lost brownie points for being the first crier of the season. It took her approximately 1 hour to open the tear ducts. I have immense respect for her raising her little sister but surely she’s stronger than what she appears!! As i said, i have a love/hate relationship with her already 🙂
She’s been through a lot and I have immense respect for her raising her little sister as well which is why I was so surprised at her reaction, I thought she would have been much stronger than that. I think BB should have one for people 40+, no young ones (not that 41 is old).

Pilar’s laugh drives me crazy and Risha is totally acting like a big baby so I just don’t know. Have you made a decision?
I’m voting to evict Pilar. Her laugh would drive me nuts by the end of the season. Plus i have a feeling that Risha = drama. And i want to watch it play out (insert evil laugh) 🙂

Carol, I actually found a site(channel) called global, it came up when I typed in the name of the show. It looks like it has the episodes to watch on there but I am at work and our ‘Big Brother’ has everything blocked. So i’m going to try it from home later….will let you know how it goes.

When you click on the link i sent you, a screen should pop up with titles at the top (Big Brother, live tv UK, live tv USA…etc….). Click on Big Brother and a drop down menu appears. Choose BB Canada. Another screen pops up with 3 headings…”Live Feeds”, “Global TV” and “Archive”. Choose as you must 🙂

Cindy with an “S” is always talking. She talk way too much. The reason why she is up for eviction is because of constant talking, her mouth got her into trouble. But, she is a strong competitor, she is good at comps and she makes for good tv. I want her to stay.

My least favorite HGs in the BBC house are Graig and Willow.
Graig gets on my last nerve. He’s so convinced he is “the man”. And what the heck is this “chop shop” alliance crap??? Lame. And showmances abound!!! Zach and Ashleigh, Pilar and Kevin, Jordan and Sindy. They need to include chapstick in each of their HOH baskets or we will have a cast with no lips soon!

It’s an alliance between Jordan and Zach. Formed on day 2. They have some sort of hand gesture they do to represent it and it’s so creepy. There’s another alliance called The Fortress. It’s between Jordan and Kevin. I think Jordan should be banned from thinking up names for alliances. He is NOT good at it!

From what i can tell, he plans on nomming Sarah and Johnny. With Johnny being the target. His reasoning is that Sarah is no threat. Not good at comps and he seems to think that she has no social game. Plus he thinks Johnny, Sarah and Brittnee are too close and he wants to break that up. Pretty good reasoning but i agree….not rooting for a chop shop hg. Mainly because that name gets on my last nerve. 🙂
The reasoning is sound but I agree with the annoyance of the name and their group actions and attitudes are just to Middle School for me. Honestly, just don’t understand this generation (the 20-30 yr olds) i’m not that much older but feel like i’m from a different planet than they are…ok maybe I am that much older (early 40’s) LOL
You’re a spring chicken 🙂 – compared to me anyway. I have a theory that once inside the BB house, the 16 year old in all of them surfaces. Life becomes a party and “cliques” (otherwise known as alliances) develop. Bad behavior is welcomed (makes for good ratings) and they forget everything they’ve learned about how to play the game. Having someone that’s “seasoned” (i prefer that word to old) can be like having Mom and Dad along on spring break. Look at Derrick from BB16. He changed his whole look and brought himself down to their level. And it worked! They considered him “one of them” rather than the old man of the group. Playground antics – once all authority has been removed – is what you get.

Actually, Between Risha, Sindy and Graig – i would choose “none of the above” to go back in. All of them were evicted for a reason. They weren’t able to win friends and influence people. I don’t see a second chance ending any other way than it did the first time. I’m not a fan of letting a player reenter the game after they’ve been evicted.
I totally agree. I think it’s great that Canada is trying to make BBC their own game and I love it for the most part but not this twist at all.
They do seem to put their own twist on things. Especially when it comes to the use of Vetos. I’m hoping BBUS gets a clue as to how to change things up. Both versions could learn a thing or 2 from each other.
I love BBUS and am really looking forward to it this summer but they really do need to change things up. As you say, they definitely could learn from each other.
At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel on our side. However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone.
