Big Brother 2014 Spoilers: Week 6 HoH Competition Results
|I don’t know why CBS has to mess with us when it comes to Big Brother 2014, but they left us hanging tonight on Big Brother 16 and wondering who won Head of Household for Week 6 on Big Brother 2014! I guess the HGs are too smart for this game, as they used up too much of the time for the live show and it went to the Big Brother Live Feeds to figure out who won. So, get the results below in our Big Brother 2014 spoilers!
When we left things on Big Brother 2014 tonight, there were five HGs left in the competition: Zach, Hayden, Caleb, Nicole and Donny. They had answered all the questions correctly, but no time for the tie-breaker to be done. The feeds came right back up and we had the winners!

This is beyond amazing news! We have no Detonators in the HoH room and Hayden is working with Donny and he can maybe persuade Nicole to make good choices. This is beyond amazing, but it could be Caleb going home and we need Frankie or Derrick on that block. Donny don’t care and will play his game, so this is going to be so interesting!

I can understand Caleb a target, but why Victoria? Is it something I missed in my away time?
Like most fans, they think she’s useless. They call her a floater. Expendable.
Good candidate to sit by in the final? Surely nobody would give her $500.000. On that subject, did I miss any conversations about that? I was looking in the early stages of the game who would qualify as a sure looser in the final two.
My thoughts exactly mrk! I’d keep a floater with me to the very end, if at all possible. I personally think a sure loser would be Victoria. She’s all alone in that house and no one really likes her.

This reminds me what Frankie said about Power Couples on Big Brother After Dark. If Nicole is not careful then she could be perceived as a power couple with Hayden. Especially if she let’s her jealousy show. Hayden could end up in the same situation that Amber was in thanks to Caleb.

Great question! I’m beginning to think the show is Fixed.
With this house, the HGs know who they are voting out by Monday. Nothing had changed and they all knew Brittany was going home. The shows are live.
I don’t know. I have watched the show for the last three years. But I am starting to think some of it is scripted. .
Do not jump on the conspiracy bandwagon. They may suggest things to the houseguests in the diary room but, they can not make them do anything they don’t want to do. We all knew Brittnay was going home. Didn’t take a rocket scientist.
I wouldn’t say scripted, but I would agree with T-Bird and they suggest things in the Diary Room and get the HGs thinking. Plus, the comps tend to favor certain HGs when they want them to win it, but they also have to go out and win it.

It was almost a foregone conclusion that Brittany was leaving. She lives close to the studio so if she hadn’t been evicted it wasn’t like it was a long trip to get her kids there.

Well, he already started his new career when he stripped off his bunny slippers (or rather the slippers he stole from Amber) so who knows what new opportunities might come his way! 😉 Isn’t the cowboy look a popular one among male strippers? Not that I would know anything about that.
If that’s what male strippers are coming to then i think i’ll keep my dollars firmly in hand. I can never look at cowboys the same again.

I am excited that this week MAY be a little less predictable. I have my doubts, though. The good news would be them really trying something spectacular like get Frankie out, but I doubt they will. Caleb will be too easy a target. Unless they can’t backdoor him. Then what? Jacosta? Depends on who the final HoH is. If it’s Donny, he won’t target Jacosta. Maybe Zach? Who would Nicole target if she is the final HoH? I still have little faith that Nicole will do anything bold. Donny may, but he is currently almost alone. I know Hayden (and maybe Nicole) would side with him, but what about the rest of the house?
This week has the potential to be a turning point. We’ll see…!

Jacosta will go with Donny, and I would bet that Nicole and Hayden would too. Yes Ed the detonators will start eating their own. One of them needs to go and I hope it is either Frankie or Derrick since they want to target Donny.

Not so fast. Derrick isn’t letting Victoria hang on him for nothing. I’ll admit there is the POTENTIAL for an “other side of the house” alliance. But it is by no means solid. I still say it hinges on Hayden for multiple reasons.

Oh wait, if its Donny he won’t put up Frankie, because of Team America. And I couldn’t believe that Amber didn’t realize that Frankie is the one running the house right now, He has everyone eating out of the palm of his hand and needs to be taken down a notch or two
I don’t think he would care about Frankie being a TA member. They’ve discussed the fact that if a TA member is evicted then the missions still continue for the 2 remaining ones. But i don’t know if they would if the eviction was at the hands of a TA member. The rules are rather vague to fans. Which is probably how production likes it.
Donny is a smart player and if he thinks Frankie is a threat then I can see him putting up two weak players hoping they will lose and take him out of HOH and Nichole to put up Frankie and Caleb or Zach and keeping the blood off his hands. I also love how Beast Mode Cowboy believes he has control of the house while they play him for a fool, I don’t like Caleb.
No one likes Caleb and donny will not care to get blood on his hands. He is here to play the game.

I think a “twist” double eviction would be to oust Caleb, bring him back on a technicality and oust him again! Whoo Whoo Go Julie with your “always expect the unexpected”

This has made my morning. I hope Donny keeps it but either way, him and Nicole and Hayden all need to work together and break up the detonators. What a stupid name anyway, I am on board with either of them, but my pick is Donny. His speech to Amber when she left had me in tears. He is quit the guy, and the other men well boys in the house need to learn from Donnys ways.
Carol: What are you going to do when the “cat” digs deep and finds that Donny is Spencer’s first cousin? Donny is passive, but a great deal smarter than he both looks and acts. Last night he topped off my assessment of him when he said “too risky” folks, no TA this time. I missed a lot of this show so far, but I have been reading till my eyes were blurred and feel fairly well caught up. I personally like Donny, but I do not buy his “niceties” 100%.
He is playing a very good GAME in my humble opinion.
I agree the rest of the men are insensitive in varying levels and Donny stands out like a sore thumb as if he was a man among boys.
BTW: BB16 set will have to be torn down as did BB15; only this this time due to mold from all the tears. Do not get me wrong, the two family deaths are real but the rest of the water works is too much.
The only connection between Donny and Spencer is that Donny is a fan of Spencers. Which might bother some fans but not ME. I also think he’s smarter than he seems (much smarter). Which is why he turned down the TA mission. He’s not dumb enough to put his game in jeopardy. Could you further explain what you mean by “niceties”? I’m reading what you’re saying as he’s “killing them with kindness” as a strategy.(?). I would have no problem with that. He obviously has practiced it a lot in his life because it comes so natural to him. And the best strategy is to tell as few lies as possible – which he most definitely does. So i’m not really clear on if you think he has a hidden agenda or is playing the part of the “down home country boy” to the hilt (or maybe over playing?) or simply that he is not what he seems. Personally, i think what you see is what you get with Donny. And what we get is pretty darn nice.

T-Bird I treasure this man each and everyday. I tell everyone they broke the mold when they made him but Donny is younger so I can not say that one anymore. They say the third time is a charm, well whoever came up with that statement hit the nail on the head because it is true with me.
I am assuming you must be pretty awesome as well. Other wise he would not have married you.

Again, I like Donny, but I think part of his game is the good guy theme. I t may come to pass we find he is always as he comes across on BB, but I get a bit cynical when I see what I deem overboard in ALL BB players.
Caleb is a stalker that I still think has PTSD. OVERBOARD

I am not going down the entire list, but Donny just strikes me as a bit OVERBOARD
$500,000 does strange things to people ; I think that has been proven through near all the Bb’s and even Survivor with its $1,000,000 ticket.

I agree with you Cat. Did you watch the interview with Jeff and Donnie’s parents? They seem a little backwoods to me. What I mean by that is the fact that they seemed to be humble, goodhearted folks. I don’t see them as being sneaky or tactical people at all. Like you said, what you see is what you get with Donny. Just a good old boy. I’m sure he can take care of himself, but he’s not a conniving person.
As ALL good BB players do, Donny is playing the game. He strikes me as being a bit OVERBOARD as I get a bit cynical at players when so much money is at stake. He is a charmer and more power to him. I hope he wins it all. He is very smart using that which he comes across as. If some of the others were not so blind, they would get him out quickly. JMHO of course.

Finally!!! Someone other than a detonator is HOH!!! I sure hope Nicole and Donny rock the boat. Hopefully, Nicole and Donny will put up four boys, while they have the opportunity to do so. This is their opportunity to really shake things up in that house, and I sure hope they use it. I want Zach, Caleb, Cody, Frankie and Derrick to feel powerless, with no one around to save them. They’ve all gotten too big for their breeches. No matter which one goes, I’d be as happy as a lark in the park 😉

Okay, Donny & Nicole have a golden opportunity to shake things up. We will see how well they choose their evictees. However, I do want to point out one thing. If Donnie should end up being the sole HOH after the block competition then he will be vulnerable the following week. If he has no alliance to cover his back then he may be in trouble. I know a lot of people want to see Frankie & Derrick on the chopping block, but with Caleb on the loose it may be wise to make him the target.
From what i saw/read last night the potential noms will be Jocasta/Zach for Nicole and Victoria/Caleb for Donny. Both HOHs want to backdoor Frankie. But once Derrick dusted Donny, he now thinks it’s not possible to nom a TA member. But i’m hoping Donny gets some clarification from production about that.
Let’s all collectively chant: “You can do, it, Donny! Frankie must go…!” 🙂
The actual plan (as of right now) is for Nicole to backdoor Frankie. I’m thinking Donny doesn’t want to nom Frankie because of the TA thing. Which surprises me because i didn’t think he would have any qualms about it. But – they think a Zach/Frankie combo sitting as noms will insure that Frankie goes home. I’m not so sure about that plan. There’s no guarantee who will win the BotB.
I’m liking a plan to back-door Frankie! But why in the world do they think Frankie would go home beside Zach? I thought Zach was second only to Caleb in the “he and his crazy have got to go soon” list of most hgs?
I think they both are so focused on getting Frankie out that they haven’t thought the plan through.
I do have one question. Does Donny have enough people to cover his back for next week? As for Nicole I do know that Zach & Derrick have caught Nicole lying, and they don’t trust her. It won’t take long to let the rest of the alliance know about it. Nicole will have a target on her back next week. If Donny spares Caleb, the million dollar question will be can Donny trust Caleb in the rest of the game?
That’s the problem, IMO, George. Donny is a nice guy. Knows the game. But has been unable to solidify an alliance. (Maybe he’s almost there–but I’m not sure HE can find people he trusts enough to call them his “alliance.”) If you ask me, that’s the main gift Derrick has: He’s managed to keep the former Bomb Squad together as a block long enough to get non-allies out of the house, despite the fact that volatile Zach and Crazy Caleb are two of them!
Last nigh Nicole expressed some doubt about Derrick. This is the first time i’ve actually heard anyone mention his name as being sketchy. Maybe she’s onto his game.
Not to mention that Derrick was in the room last night trying to ‘dust’ Nicole. Hopefully she is immune to the dust! I still say they should put up some of the Detonators beside Zach. He and Jocasta could win BBOB and then someone may win veto and not use it then we are stuck with Vic or Caleb which neither is really a threat to anyones game! And alas no Frankie backdoor. Be smart HOH’s strike while the iron is hot!
Bingo, George! I know everyone is tickled to death that Donny is now HoH and he will shake things up. But we’re gonna see real soon that he’s smart enough NOT to get TOO much “blood on his hands” either. It’s still too early. And Nicole DEFINITELY won’t. If they target four of the strong guys who are allied together (which, I admit, haven’t singularly won a lot of comps, except Frankie), they know they will put a HUGE target on their backs. There are too many people in the house still, and you would need a solid alliance to have enough votes to pull off such a coup. Which they do not. At least not right now. (Unless Frankie either flips or convinces them he’s flipped….)
We have to remember that next week is a DE. There will be some scrambling. And if Donny is dethroned then he can play in the HOH again. I’m hoping Nicole dethrones him and Frankie is backdoored. And during a DE – ANYTHING can happen since they don’t have time to think things through.
Good point Cat. Now lets hope that they move them right along and not give anyone time to get dusted between comps evictions etc. Sometimes I think they give them too much time to do quick chat. In other words time to get dusted LOL

DE makes it better b/c they don’t have time to think things through. Hopefully Frankie does get the backdoor. I like his game, but not with the detonators or the hit-men……Donny and Frankie should have been the ones working together maybe with Nicole, Hayden, and Jacosta…..that would make it a lot easier to be Donny and Frankie in the F2 and then Donny would probably win the game!!
I know why BB has to mess with us. If they did not then a lot of people may not tune in Sunday. This is a boring season. I sure hope Donny stays HOH because Nicole will do what others tell her. I do believe Donny will shake things up. He showed that by giving up $5000 and not changing his vote. At the very least he will get that idot king of the house Caleb out. Team Donny or bust.

The boys in this game frustrate me. They think it’s okay to go around and put whoever they want on the block, but threaten anyone who does the same to them. Big I and little you mentality. They all make me want to scream.
I am with you Shirene, they think it is okay for them to do it but when someone does it to them it is not okay. To me that is a bully, and that is why Devin is no longer there he was a bully. They need to send Frankie home but I do not see that happening either.
