Big Brother 2013 Spoilers: Week 6 – Power of Veto Ceremony
|With the final nominees not even in place yet, the HouseGuests were already planning the vote and planning their next target on Big Brother 2013 in the live feeds yesterday! We still have to get through the Power of Veto Ceremony for Week 6 people! Today is the day and we get to find out what Jessie would do with the veto on Big Brother 15 and who would go up as the renom by GinaMarie. Find out in my Big Brother 2013 spoilers below!

- GinaMarie won Head of Household for the week and her nominees were Jessie and Candice
- America was the Big Brother MVP for Week 6 and our nominee was Amanda
- Jessie then turned around and won the Power of Veto competition.

With that being said, it was obvious that Jessie would remove herself from the block (the veto has been used every week on Big Brother 2013)! This meant that GM could name her renom and in no big shocker, she put up Spencer.
What does this mean? The final three nominees for Week 6 are Candice, Spencer and Amanda. The main target is Candice, but talk yesterday in the house focused on possibly voting out Amanda this week (the plan died, but I hope it gets new life again) or maybe even voting out Spencer (Elissa and Jessie want to keep Candice safe and working with them).
These next few days are going to be drama-filled and paranoia-filled for Amanda and Candice needs to campaign on Big Brother 2013, but in a way that might work and not just yell at everyone!

I agree. I really would love to see Amanda go..but she is a favorite of CBS..I would love to be proven wrong and see her go…love to see the expression on McCrae, Helen and Andy (the floater) faces…maybe the shock would make McCraes hair fall out…GET a HAIRCUT already

How do you think Elissa got in the house (worse player ever)!!! Amanda is a bully but at least she is playing. Elissa just poses all day and follows Helen around. I want Amanda to stay this week for the first eviction and have Aaryn win part 2 (hate her but it is the only way this works. She sees the mistakes of HOH past and puts up Helen and Amanda the next 10 minutes is drama city; Amanda cannot bully and Helen cannot talk her way out. We then see who controls the house. Then Spenser wins the next HOH and then we go to war.
That would be perfect! Only problem is Aaryn is alligned with Amanda and McCrae. She might help evict them later but for now she sees them as her bread and butter. If she wins then Jessie and Spencer will go up. These people are ridiculous but sooner or later they have to start eating their own.

I stopped watching last week when Howard was evicted!
People, you really need to get a life. This is called “Reality”, stuff that is going on in this house goes on everyday in the “Real” world. it’s just you don’t have camera’s and mic’s following you around 24-7. (kind of glad it doesn’t, I wouldn’t want to see any of the people on how they live). Take a look in the mirror, if you can honestly say that you have never made a racial comment, statement to someone to manipulate the situation to make yourself look good, then you must live in a bubble.
Bravo!!! Common sense prevails!!! I said somewhere else, let he who is without sin throw the first stone. Everyone speaks bad about Amanda, is what Helen and Elissa have been doing scheming and conniving any different? I thought for a minute there that the whole house was going to be taken over by Helen who proved on national tv that she can cry on que. I do hope her children were not watching or that won’t work on them anymore. Nobody is perfect!! Nobody!!
This is pretty much the same thing I said a couple of weeks ago. To add to the list of things everyone does or has done, gossip about your boss, coworkers, casual friends, etc. Words can harm if they get back to the person who is the target of them.
What do you miss about Howard? He professed to be a Christian, however, he lied. He said he wasn’t part of the Drama, however, if you watch BBAD, you can see how him and Spencer where constantly trying to manipulate everyone into thinking like them and vote out the so called “Rulers”. the HG’s need to get out the Floaters. ever notice that Andy is constantly in every conversation, spreading what is said from room to room, yet everyone wants to keep him in the house to do their dirty work. Candice is a smart player, however, her “Candy” attitude will get her evicted sooner rather than later I fear. I really think they need to get out Spencer, he just seems to jump on what ever band wagon he feels fit to cling to from week to week. Helen really needs to be the next one out. Does anyone recall who won last year, that’s right, Ian, the BB goo roo. He played everyone in the house and knew exactly what was going on. I would love to hear what he thinks of this year’s players and who he feels should win.
I wasted my 10 MVP votes on Helen, but Amanda was chosen by America to be the 3rd nominee on the block. I don’t mind that, but I think Helen is the biggest threat.

Well since CBS controls our votes and keeps track, who are we to know if they are being honest. Since their picks for people in the house are famous for lying, perhaps so are the producers of BB. OMG, could that possible happen? The are looking for ratings, whoever can be the best for there ratings is who they will put up as “America’s” MVP, then they just sit back and watch what the HG’s do with the information that they are given. Helen has been figuring this out since the first week. Amanda saved Helen’s Puppet, Elissa when they BOTH were on the block. I am so sick of Helen, Elissa (can’t stand her fake laugh), Jessie and Candice. These four ladies need to go before Jury. Aaryn is not a nice person for what she says, she has this sense of entitlement because of the way she looks. All the beauty in the world on the outside cannot fix the ugly within.
Isn’t this a double eviction this week? I’m not sure if that means HOH then noms then quick vote. Anybody?

I haven’t heard anything about a double eviction this week except on this blog. Nothing was said about it on the Sunday night show.
Yep there is a double eviction this week. I didn’t hear it either on Sundays show. Todd confirmed it and i’ve read it muliple places. I wonder why some people heard it and some didn’t? We aren’t the only 2 that didn’t. Are we that inattentive? 🙂
The only thing I have heard is the HG’s guessing which week it would be based on past shows. Maybe if they talk about something enough, people take it as fact. I don’t think we’re unattentive, I think some people are reading things into what people say and then believing it to be true with no basis in reality.
Yes, at the very end of the broadcast Julie mentioned that there will be a double eviction.
Are you talking about at the end of Thursday’s broadcast? I just watched the end of Sunday night’s show and it ended with the nomination ceremony. I don’t think I saved Thursday’s show.

You didn’t need to stress the word “clearly.” I merely asked if it was the end of that show that she said it. I watched that show as well, but I could have missed her saying that. Double eviction this week. in the past, they have an immediate HOH competition and the new HOH will put up two nominations to go home. I would assume that with the MVP twist this year, they will do a live poll and have America put up the 3rd nomination. Keep in mind that however, you all vote, if the new HOH put’s up your first choice for MVP, then the next person with the most votes will go up. SO if the new HOH is spencer, Candice, Elissa or Jessie, they will most likely put up Amanda, therefore, whoever is the MVP nomination could in fact be one of the ones trying to get out Amanda. What they new HOH should do is put up Helen, then the MVP could put up Amanda with the votes and the HG’s could shake up the house and get either Helen or Amanda out since they both seem to be working together and have separate ideas to get each other out. That would be very interesting to watch.

I’ve read all the stories about Amanda possibly working for CBS or knowing someone there. That rumor is all over the internet. I seriously doubt it is rigged for her to win but i don’t doubt in the least that she was picked as a HG because of not only who she knows but her over the top personality. The only problem is they didn’t realize HOW over the top she is or would become. Even with the backlash from fans against Amanda, i think CBS loves the drama it’s causing. They probably hope we will forget the uproar Aaryn caused or at least have our attention diverted onto another villian. The only problem is that with each successive villian things become even more troublesome for CBS and BB. They’ve managed to put together 16 HGs (from the thousands that applied) that have the lowest form of gameplay possible. Actual strategy is hard to find this year. I have a feeling we will end up with a winner that NO ONE likes.

Very true Cat, you hit the nail right on the head… The more ppl protest about HG’s they r in heaven becuz they no ppl r watching. I quit watching and just read the spoilers, and I think they could be a little byis but its better then wasting my time watching like I use to. I had everything last year and really got into it but I can’t stomach to see Aaryn on the show. If at some point she goes soon ill tune in and watch, but it is just too predictable now. I use to love being shocked.. So I believe Amanda and Aaryn will be final two.. I sure hope I am wrong but from what I have read, tooooo predictable..
If that happens, I’ll never watch this show again!

I love Amanda and do not understand why she gets bashed for speaking up. Maybe most of you like your woman to keep quiet? It’s not the 1950’s so she has the right to speak her mind.
I totally agree, she has a right to speak her mind. But does a woman (or man) have to be rude, crude or derogatory to get their point across?
Doesn’t anybody remember past BB? Every season there are rude people on this show… I think being locked in a house with a bunch of People you don’t know would make you act irrational. I don’t think the racist remarks are called for and I give props to Candice for standing yup to the mean girls…
Yep, every year someone decides to take the low road. But we crossed a whole new level of rudeness this year. It has gone from just plain rudeness to high level personal attacks. And not personal attacks based on gameplay or lies. But ones that debase a person because of their skin color or ethnicity. That’s a whole new ballgame.
Let’s add to that their character and personality traits being attacked. Is it not just as bad to attack someone who has low self-esteem, or who is overly sensitive? People are born with their ethnicity, but events people have lived through in their lives make them insecure, such as being beaten down by bullies. As I have already said, that was really hard for Jessie to stand her ground when Amanda was attacking her.
There is a difference between speaking with wisdom and speaking vulgar and trashy. I do agree that there is no reason why a woman cannot speak her peace, but speak it with dignity and class.
Watch her racial rants and crude comments on youtube. For some reason CBS has not shown them. If Julie was upset about Aaryn then she should be more upset by Amanda. She is an embarrassment to herself and will find out after the show, just like she told Aaryn she would.
I think she checked herself after she found out how she was coming off. She used her being from the south as an excuse for her words, but that doesn’t begin to excuse it. But, since she has been behaving herself a little bit, I’m still enjoying her game a lot more than I am Amanda or Helen’s. Amanda tried to defend her behavior to McCrae by saying that Jessie was saying mean things to her but McCrae said she was being just as mean. I like that about him. I think McCrae was blinded by the big bulbs in the beginning before he knew what he was getting himself into. 🙂
I have to agree webkitten2. I DETEST what Aaryn said but she IS playing the game. She has managed to save herself (game wize anyway). And for now she’s on no ones radar. Pretty good for someone that was dead in the water. I hate giving her ANY credit but it’s due. Amanda and Helen are just as painful to watch. I heard McCrae talking to Amanda about how the game is played. He knows his stuff. You can tell he was a fan of the show before he became a HG.
I know Aaryn has no social manners at all. One time someone was talking about someone who was retarded (their word, not mine) and she put her head on the table laughing. So I know that she has not been taught the difference between right and wrong her whole life. Gamewise, though, like you said, she has come from the very bottom and risen to the very top. It may be the top of the sesspool, but she’s at the top. You’re right about McCrae. I think Amanda misjudged him from the beginning and thought that he was this meek little pizza boy that she could control. He’s coming out of his shell now though and showing that he has more common sense than she’ll ever had.

I think they have already hinted that they will go ahead with the bachelor party and the bachelorette party, but that the wedding will not take place. Has anyone else heard that? I don’t think McCrae wants to go through with it since he has seen Amanda’s true colors once too often.
I heard her say she wanted to postpone it because in the POV comp her prize was a orange spray tan every hour or so for 24 hours. Guess she didn’t want to be orange for her wedding (yuck). As it ended up she isn’t quite as orange as she thought and it washed off easy. So i don’t know at this point if its on or off. Haven’t watched the feeds much today.
Yeah, she’s getting more and more orange by the minute. McCrae had some weird orange places on his face. So is that booth in the backyard one of those spray tan booths? Can anyone else use it besides Amanda? I think we should call them McCranda or something like that. Save keystrokes.

This years HG’s r ruining the entire show and the meaning of the game!! They r gonna ruin the ratings and screw all of us BB fans over when the show gets cancelled!! Worst cast ever! One dumber than the next! No strategy and their game play is horrible!!! Amanda lives in Boca Raton!!’ Those people r filthy rich!! She does not need the money! I do believe CBS planted her there! CBS is gonna be in a lot of trouble when the HG’S get out of that house to find they have been slandered by so many and lost their jobs!!! They will retaliate and CBS is gonna be in a shit load of legal action!! Hope it was worth it to put Amanda the crooked eyebrow oversized beast on the show to help her start an acting career! Disgusting!
Just when i think these people can’t get any lower, they prove me wrong. Apparently GM (i didn’t see it myself but have read about it all morning) said Candice “is such a degenerate that even her own Mom didn’t want her”. WTH is the matter with this girl??? As you all know, Candice is adopted. Another blow below the belt courtesy of GM.
I hadn’t heard that, Cat, but that is the lowest of the low. Candace has been stubborn and refused to listen to reason when Howard tried to keep her from blowing her top every 5 minutes and she would not let anything go. She’d grab onto something like a Rottweiler and refuse to let it go. No one deserves to be talked about like that, I don’t care what they have done.
I really wish everyone would back off of Candace she really hasn’t done anything wrong. All the bullies in the house started picking on her and now most of you are doing the bulling from home.

I haven’t really seen a lot of Candice bashing here. More about her going off. I for one like Candice and think she is smart but she needs to control her little temper and not go off and call people out in front of the whole house when it will clearly hurt her game (as it did.) She needs to control her emotions/temper and channel that energy into her game play and stratagizing. But I think it is too little too late for her. Hopefully by some miracle or grace of god she will be safe Thursday and Amanda or Spencer will go home.
Maybe her clown suit disguise will make everyone feel a little sympathy towards her and they’ll go after the sharks instead. She’s incognito this week. 🙂
I really wish Aaryn would get voted out, then Amanda. I hope somehow Candice gets to stay and gets HOH. Andy needs to grow some balls and start playing instead of tattle taling (spelling?) think thats his name. Even though he is a prof. sure doesnt look like it. He is a weak follower, but I suppose its good to have a yes man in your alliance. He should realize he is not going to last till the end. I was so disappointed to see Howard go. I hope Candice and Spencer team up Really want to see the look on Aaryn’s face IF Julie confronts her with her racist comments. I suppose the producers wont allow that though. I am really hoping Aryan is sent packing, she is so, yuk, lack of better word I can’t use. She’s one of those girls who thinks she’s all that. Last week at the veto competition she was making faces at Candice and rolling her eyes, she’s just rude. I hadn’t seen Amanda acting like that, but I don’t have the extra feed either. This week is a double elimination and that should shake up the house. So let’s see…

I had to Bing it, but it said it is a nonpartisan non-profit organization whose stated mission is “to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties guaranteed to every person in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.” That would include Aaryn, Amanda, McCrae, Helen, Spencer, Judd, Candace, Jessie and GM, right? I am hoping McMoron grabs a brain soon …he should vote to send McMADAM home..by the way …does this supposed wedding take place before eviction because Amanada did say that she would not be voted off because BB is planning her wedding…what a joy…a Royal wedding.

Amanda doesn’t run Big Brother or who gets evicted. If she gets evicted before their feaux (SP) wedding, that’s too bad. Life will go on in the BB house without her. A lot more peacefully, too. I’m not going to hold my breath waiting for McMoron to get a haircut. I wonder if he’ll make one of his goofy faces when he says “I do.” 🙂
Well they’ve already had their honeymoon (ewww),so i guess they’re good at putting the cart before the horse. Which apparently they’re good at since they already think that F2 is a shoe in and making plans for the half mil.

JO1, I don’t have the feeds, but I do have TVGN (TV Guide Network) which is where the after dark shows are being shown this year. I guess Time Warner Cable or CBS used that channel because they knew we would be out for blood if that went away when they blacked out our Showtime. You’re right. There are people out there who still like Amanda, but I kind of assumed they had similar personalities as she has. Perhaps I assume too much. 🙁

if amanda is not gone this week, i no longer will be watching big brother. i now record it and just fast forward through alot, especially scenes with amanda, so sick of her bullying everyone, and can’t believe the other hg’s dont’ see it. CBS is ruining this show
NO please get rid of spencer and Candice. I like Candice but she’ s not playing the game right. Then take out Aaryn,GinaMarie because I want to see the expressions on their faces when they find out they lost the BB and their jobs back home. haha lol.Anyway then I think Helen or Alyssa even Andy is getting in my last nerve.
