Big Brother 2014 Spoilers: Results – Power of Veto Final 4
|We had a special eviction show on Big Brother 2014 tonight and it was time to see one more HouseGuest head to the jury house. We saw Frankie finally get the boot that most of us have been waiting weeks to see happen on Big Brother 16! We also saw Derrick win Head of Household and he has control in his hands for a little bit! Now we had to wait for the Live Feeds to come back and they have returned and we have the Power of Veto winner for the new week. Check it out in our Big Brother 2014 spoilers below!

The winner of the Power of Veto for this new week on Big Brother 2014 is Cody! He is on a terror, huh? And just when we all thought he was so weak!
The Live Feeds are filling us in on a little information here and there, but it was mentioned about Derrick telling Victoria to talk to Cody, so it looks like he won veto and will keep the nominees the same. We will probably see the Veto Meeting on the live show tomorrow, but it should be Caleb going home, like Derrick and Cody have been planning for the next move after Frankie was evicted tonight.

this is one glorious morning. I am so happy to see that Cody won POV and Caleb will be going this week (crossing my fingers). Basically, we have a final 2 already, not sure if Victoria can muster up any wins, hope she does. Just not likely to happen that way.
Todd and Cat, I don’t always post, you two seem to write what I am thinking most of the time so no need to repeat the same thoughts….I enjoy this site, just not the last 2 days watching people be mean spirited. After all, we are only supposed to comment on what we see and interpret, others may see things differently and that is okay. You just don’t always have to judge people on this site or in that house. I always looked at this as this is a “Game” and reality TV, morals are sometimes left at the door when they walk in, this does not mean that they are like this on the outside. Remember, other people’s perceptions of us are different then how one would look at himself in the mirror.
Glad you joined us, Sandy. I, too, have fretted over the last couple of days of commenting here.
Are we always 100% nice and fair, using the best language, when expressing ourselves about the hgs and BB? I think most would agree we’ve had cringe-worthy moments. But the difference here from other places – IMO – is that the regulars don’t attack EACH OTHER. This is a safe place. We may not know each other personally, but through other conversations, we’ve come to know each others’ hearts, in general.
So when a regular uses the term “twinkletoes” or something similar. Do I like that? Not really. But I BELIEVE the person/people who used that word were speaking out of frustration. Like using the F-word in anger when you usually pride yourself on NOT using foul language.
I’m sorry some people got their feelings hurt or were offended by the opinions or words of others. Sincerely. But I’m more sorry that others – by shear force of vehement posting – made this place quite unpleasant for about 36 hours.
I hope it’s ended.

I do too Lilly, I have to say some of the comments I have never heard in all my days. Some of the things said to me latterly had me in tears. I did not want to come back to the site, but I just love all of the regulars that post here.

I am glad you are a “regular” without commenting lol. All comments are welcomed, as seen in the past couple days. It has been a rough couple days and it had me ready for this season to end big time.
Lilly, you said it amazingly well. I do agree that some of the comments made this season can be seen as vulgar or seen in a bad way, but I also have been with this site for a year now and see people commenting year-round. I said the love from the regulars and feeling like this was a family is what got me through last season, but it definitely got me through this season too. I’ll write my thank you post when the season ends and get all sappy, but you all do make it easier to cover.
I tried it yesterday and I’ll try it again today….let’s play nice today and enjoy what’s left of a show we all love to watch, even when it is crap!

I will definitely be back on this site, earlier in the year I seemed to be on another one and didn’t see any of you and then realized that I was not on the “CBS” spoilers. I did not purchase the live feeds, I just wait for what you post and know that I am getting an honest look at what I don’t see on BBAD and the edited made for TV version (that is the most politically nice way of putting that one).
I do however, have 1 small thought, is it just me or does the bag that when the drawl names from seem very slim, almost like the are purposely putting names of HG’s that they would like to see play in the comps throughout the season. I have just always thought that this is one way they can always rig to see who will play in the comps. I am sure they are putting the correct amount of chips in, it just seems very odd that the same names are drawn. I would like to see next year that the HOH puts the names of all the HG’s in the bag at the time of selections, Any way that would possible happen Todd?
Before each veto comp they lay all the names out on the table so everyone can see that all goes into the bag. This has been confirmed by past house guests.

Todd i think i put this in my post earlier that Cody would win Veto and Derrick would put up Caleb.I just don’t think grown men act the way Caleb act’s.If i was his family ,i would be ashamed of his ignorance.
Embarrassed maybe, but not ashamed. Caleb is seriously delusional. I’m not sure where that comes from but sometimes I honestly think he lives in his own little made-up world. I think he’s basically a decent person (with a huge ego!). His strict adherence to loyalty and honesty have almost cost him the game several times – and probably would have except that it was in others’ best interest to keep him.
I think Cody will be in for a rude awakening when Derrick takes Victoria to the F2. Maybe he will be mad enough to vote for Victoria to win it all.

In answer to your question Todd, yes, I think Caleb is a goner.
The only smart choice is for Caleb to go and then … I don’t know … I can see reasons for either one of them taking Victoria … who could possibly vote for her to win, so it would be an easy win against her, right?? But then, it feels a little lame at the same time as being smart and the jury might want to punish you for going the easy route … but then, why take the chance, but then … man o man o. I just don’t know what I would do in their shoes.
I agree Linda. It wouldn’t be an easy choice. But if it were me, i’d take Victoria. After all, it’s a game and you want to do everything in your power to win. And sitting beside of her would assure that IMO. Derrick has been adamant all season that he would do whatever it takes to win. Even voting out the people he likes. ANYONE that seems a threat. Cody presents a threat if he makes it to F2. He has a good resume where comps are concerned. He had a great social game also. Derrick may not be able to explain his strategy well enough. Whereas Codys is quite evident. Just my opinion but i’m not convinced quite yet that Cody and Derrick would take each other along for the ride. These 2 seem very loyal to each other. But how loyal will they be if $500,000 is on the line??

Also, if we tally ALL comp wins all season, aren’t Derrick and Cody
fairly close? I know Cody has won a lot the last two weeks, but remember when
we laughed about how he couldn’t win anything? Derrick can argue he won when he needed to.

To shorten what i tried to post before:
Derrick may have a hard time proving he won when he needed to because that is something, IMO, that is not provable. Most of his wins were mental, therefore a bit of luck was involved. Not necessarily skill.
Agreed. Just like making the argument could make you sound like you’re bragging that you COULD have won any time you wanted but just didn’t. (Not only not provable, but arrogant.) I am interested to hear his F2 speech because no matter who he’s up against, he will have to be somewhat careful.
Lilly i was thinking about something. It actually makes sense that Derrick puts up Caleb. This goes with his strategy all season. It forces Cody to evict Caleb and leaves no blood on his hands. Thereby possibly obtaining Calebs vote in the end. He could say it was Cody that destroyed the pact they had. Of course there was always the possibility that Caleb could win veto. But it was 2 (or 3 if you count Victoria) against 1 that he would. Cody and Derrick have discussed that Caleb was weak in mental comps (true). Therefore giving them the edge. I think maybe Derrick threw this one to Cody on purpose. (once he saw it was evident Cody would beat Caleb). Of course they couldn’t possibly know if the comp was going to be mental or not but i see Derrick hedging his bets. He could go to the end without ever having to evict his opponent outright.
I think you’re right for two reasons: (1) Derrick has been thinking several moves ahead all season, and (2) I believe his GUIDING mantra is “get no blood on my hands.” He doesn’t seem to make strategic mistakes. At all. And the fact that this house was full of followers and not leaders meant he didn’t even have to adjust his strategy very often. That’s one reason this season has been SOOOOOO predictable (and boring) from week to week.

Satan’s Sister
One bright, beautiful Sunday morning, everyone in tiny Smithville wakes up early and goes to their local church. Before the service starts, the townspeople sit in their pews and talk about their lives, their families, etc.
Suddenly, at the altar, Satan appears!! Everyone starts screaming and running for the front entrance, trampling each other in their determined efforts to get away from Evil Incarnate.
Soon, everyone is evacuated from the church except for one man, who sit calmly in his pew, seemingly oblivious to the fact that God’s ultimate enemy is in his presence. This confuses Satan a bit.
Satan walks up to the man and says, “Hey, don’t you know who I am?”
The man says, “Yep, sure do.”
Satan says, “Well, aren’t you afraid of me?”
The man says, “Nope, sure ain’t.”
