Like it has been for the past couple weeks, the Power of Veto competition has been a big deal for one of the HGs and they had to win to save themselves on Big Brother 2014. That was the case again today, as Nicole is the target for everyone (maybe), but she needed to win to keep her safety and remain in the Big Brother 16 house. It looks like The Detonators plus Caleb are starting to turn on each other, so Nicole could work out something to stay, but I’d rather keep her safe FOR SURE! It is Saturday in the Big Brother 2014 house and that means it is time for the Power of Veto competition to take place. This is a big one for Big Brother 16 and the winner will determine what happens for the rest of Week 10. Do we want Nicole to win? Of course, as that keeps her safe and the rest of the house will be on the block and no Donny or Nicole to go after! It was a hard week in the Big Brother 2014 house, as we all knew what was going to happen come Thursday night: Donny Thompson would be evicted and we would all be crying our eyes out! Despite some attempts by Caleb and Frankie to save him, Donny was voted off on Big Brother 16 for Week 9 and he sat down with Jeff Schroeder for the BB Live Chat. From a personal standpoint, I was so ticked to see the HGs send Donny home. From a game standpoint, I get it…sort of. They all acted like he was this huge target, but he had no one in the house to work with. I am over it though and done trying to figure out these HGs thinking. Donny has been an absolute joy to watch and I will be glad to see his reaction when he sees all the love people have for him out here. He may not have had that “thing” to win Big Brother 2014, but he definitely has that thing to win over the hearts of America. Always remember: Fear the Beard!

Another week and another one of “them” in control of the Big Brother 2014 house. With Caleb as the HoH, we are in for another week of doing what Derrick wants and these guys not knowing they have the power on Big Brother 16. They think for a tiny second, but then something distracts them and they forget the thought! Check out the highlights from Friday below in our Big Brother 2014 spoilers!

So, the day consisted of the guys trying to figure out nominations and Caleb coming to terms with putting up Christine over Victoria and naming one the “Bomb Squad” members. They convinced him and he ended up telling Christine before the Nominations Ceremony that she was going up, but she would be a pawn.

While most are expecting another boring week on Big Brother 2014 after Caleb won HoH last night, but I am thinking we could see some interesting things happen this week and it all ends with a Double Eviction on Thursday night! I mean, Caleb still thinks the Bomb Squad exists, so you never know what is going on in his mind! He is very loyal though, so it could very well be a Nicole eviction and moving on to next week. We had the first step happen, as the Nomination Ceremony on Big Brother 16 was held for Week 10. Get those nominees below in our Big Brother 2014 spoilers.

After the HoH competition, the Live Feeds last night were all about relaxing and trying to recuperate from the grueling HoH competition. Cody was hating on Frankie, but Cody has no pull with anyone to get Frankie out this week. The guys are worried about the girls working together, so they talked about Nicole and Christine going up together and not being able to save each other if either one won veto. Nicole may be the target, but I think Christine could be by the end of the week or even someone else.
